Goal Reached x Self Portrait (Patreon)

Hello! 

I hope everyone is having a great week! 

First, thank you SO much for helping me reach my goal for photography work! As a thank you, I shot and painfully edited to perfection a beautiful set for you guys. Self Portrait, with a 50mm lens, natural light. 

Now, I'm not sure what my next upgrade should be. I would love a new lens, but I'll probably have to save my pennies, because of course the ones I would like are an arm and a leg, haha. And in that regard, let's talk about how sympathetic I am to photographers and the money they dump into their equipment. 

In my model defense, it's expensive to travel, keep yourself "beautiful", clothes, make-up etc ;D Haha. 

I am also super excited that my birthday is right around the corner! February 23rd, woohoo! I'm going to be a whole 28 years old, which is actually terrifying. I know that's not theoretically old, but to women, that feels like you're ovaries are just going to fall out of your body at any moment, your cellulite/stretchmarks seems to be taking over your entire legs slowly but surely, and you're going to find a grey hair any day from systematic oppression against women. 

BUT, and not to sound super stuck up (or should I sound stuck up and say nay to systematic oppression against as listed above haha.) I feel like I look better now than I ever have. It's relieving when you hit your late 20's as a lady, you look in the mirror, and you're like, oh, I look like a full grown adult now. I don't have acne anymore, I know how much water to drink in a day, I understand what soaps/detergents/etc to use to not make any part of me a living nightmare. It's pretty fucking cool. So, in the regards, my excitement to turn 28 trumps over my terrified paranoia of being an old lady, haha.

I also took an awesome birthday set, that I have to edit! BUT, it is available for people who would be so graciously to buy presents for me from my amazon wishlist, or online giftcards to my or your favorite retailers! Woo!

I want to update more, and I will have a few new things coming up soon. I just want to say thank you guys again.
