The new leader of the Guardians is named Brit, short for Brittany. He's not british. Brit's power is complete invulnerability. Nothing in the universe can damage him. However while his invulnerability allows for him to function at peak human physique, as his body can't be damaged from overstraining his muscles, he's not superhuman in any other sense than his invulnerability. Another side effect of his powers is what appears as slowed aging because his invulnerability protects him from the usual ailments of old age. Brit, while already not looking the youngest, is I think around 90 years old.

Brit isn't new. You saw him help with the Invincible War alongside Business Baby and the bearded man releasing ashes into the river from earlier (who you've seen every season since the first. He was in tryouts for the Guardians in season 1 and helped with massive fights and cleanup in seasons 2 and 3).
