I think Hughie was upset because Starlight decided to leave him, after being right next to him, to go save Frenchie. Which resulted in Homelander being able to get ahold of him and essentially being able to kill him had it not been for A-Train.

They are doing a bit much with the dialogue for sure, especially cause its "shock value dialogue". The shock value is fading and getting annoying. Show is still good tho and good reaction too thanks!
