This got a little unhinged, but I can't say I regret any of it.

Already love it a minute in.

It’s cold and raining. I am so here for this energy.

I 100% feel you on this!! I'm glad you were able to get that off your chest, man. Hope the next one works out!

Daniel Greene channeling Louis Black 🤣

All my keyboards are Yamahas - just saying ...

If this was therapy for you our bill will be in the mail. (I am joking)

Ouch... But a good learning experience haha. I have played in similar cheap keyboards and I know exactly what you experienced here. I own a yamaha p515.. I paid $1500 and I LOVE it. Roland is a solid brand. Congrats on beginning your piano journey. It's a beautiful instrument. Put in the time and be consistent and you'll be amazed at how far you can progress in a relatively short time frame.

This is the keyboard you buy for someone you want to slowly drive insane without them knowing you’re doing it on purpose.

I always wanted to get like some sort of Simon Says type piano product. The keys light up and I follow along as bets I can to learn a few tunes and get some finger practice.

I bought a keyboard on a whim from Aldi, several years ago (probably around the age you are now). I figured I'd just teach myself the piano (never mind the cello I have and have been trying to be good at ever since I was a kid). I never managed to even have some basic piano skills 🥲 I don't remember if the quality of the keyboard had anything to do with that, but it probably didn't help. I don't have it anymore (probably sold or gave it away when I moved overseas, also on a whim). [I know now, only since recently, that my sudden interests and consequential disinterest in things can be blamed on ADHD] Anyways, this video makes me want to buy a cheap keyboard again 🥲 (my cello would be glaring at me if it had eyes)

I'd really recommend an e-piano once you want to upgrade, keyboards are mechanically different in general
