My guess would be this is related to one of Texas’s many cults, but nothing on the name he uses for the group or Donald E. himself seems to come up with anything. I’m not sure what he means by “risitude” on the back, as well- it seems like it’s some kind of methodology for finding a lunar position, but how this would potentially work is highly unclear.

I used to work at a motel and one of our regular guests was a woman who we think had schizophrenia. She always wore a yellow poncho covered in word salad writing very similar to this and used our phone to call politicians' offices and leave long rambling messages. Someone must have been taking care of her because she always had money for extended stays. She was always nice to me but my co-workers said she would have violent episodes when they were on the clock. She seemed so scared, and I hope she's okay.
