You don't need to download license file anymore. You just need to login your account and download v8 or v9 directly. License data is included inside .dll files for your account.

You need to go to snowymoon.io -> click "Login via Patreon" -> click "Allow" (if you cannot click "Allow" button, disable page translator from your web browser or try with another web browser without page translator) -> download v8 or v9. Also logout & login if it still shows free subscription.
