Idk about rivalry, but I’ve commonly heard that stay and atiny are married (and there are so many staytinys) - and I found the photos helpful :) (and hopefully last edit to this but skz have Christmas songs, plural 👀)

Oftentimes stays are atinys and vice versa or at least fans of the other group. The groups are friends and most people who came into kpop via one of those groups naturally at least listened to the other. Ateez and stray have different sounds but … similar energy?

There's basically the opposite of a rivalry between stays and atiny. If ur a fan of one ur inevitably gonna become a fan of the other eventually. I think fans knew that some of them were friends already, but Kingdom really cemented it with the groups being nonstop clowns and flirts with each other lol

Congrats to KIOF, I think it just felt fitting or them to win in November so I voted for them too even though I don't know much about them yet. It will be fun to get to know them with you! staytinys are actually rlly common, there are some stans that beef but i think generally the fandoms have a pretty close relationship since the groups themselves are so close (wooyoung and changbin are super close)

I think Atiny and Stay either love or hate each other but it's mostly love lol I would love to see Stray Kids next because they have been given the rep of only making "noise" music but they actually have a huge range. They also have an entire Christmas album!

Yes!!!!! As someone who came to kpop late, I listen to groups title tracks more than their full albums. It's just a lot to consume and I'm overwhelmed by getting into kpop during 5th gen. However, I listen to KOF's full albums. Their discography is so good! I'm lacking in the variety department for them, so I can't wait to get to know the girls and truly find a bias 🥰 Thank you women!!

maybe it's just because i'm an atiny and a stay, or because i watched kingdom legendary war twice, but ateez and stray kids definitely have a lot of crossover in their fanbase. they have different styles/music for sure, but there are similarities in them having 'loud/noise' music (skz is more known for that but you've heard it in some of ateez's music!) and just... a similar energy?? they're also good friends :)
