Gurllll. You said it. I handle the marketing for a bunch of restaurants and my office is literally me in the corner of a small room filled with boxes of wine (which is counted regularly so can’t even sneak one), a lot of extra furniture (this no one counts), restaurant records from like 20 years ago (the relevant ones are now digital but why not keep the print), I have no heating or cooling in the room and yes, my computer is Dell. I’ll let you take a guess how often it’s cleaned and how well at that. (Fun Fact: Food Safety Checks don’t extend to the office so if you have a rodent, it’s your problem) Sorry for the long rant. Clearly, I love my job.

I'm pretty sure Babe, Fah and friends are juniors and Rak and the gang are likely sophomores. Also I do think Lee and Fah act like typical siblings (it just seems distant in comparison to the Brady Bunch lol) but we haven't seen too much of their dynamic just yet. They have one quality in common that is absolutely hilarious, I hope y'all will consider watching the special Your Sky of Us since it's only 4 eps🤞🏾

EEEEEP we’re here! i was most excited for this batch of episodes. yes of course things only get better from here, but ep 6 especially has suchhh a special place in my heart. rak is my cutie pie. im so obsessed with him. on the alien fah discussions, i do think the way his (and rak’s) inexperience is portrayed is sometimes over the top. the point i get from it is that both fah and rak are late bloomers. this really is their first time feeling all of these things. so they act in ways that reflect two idiots navigating romantic interest for the first time, even if it borders on alien-like sometimes, lol. on the room assignments, punlee actually has a reason for doing it but it’s never explained in the show, only the novels. however saying why now would be a big spoiler for the series 😭 also THE STAR SPANGLED BANNER? lmfao i am realizing more and more that i barely register the bg music/sound effects. almost died laughing at that.

I'm glad we're doing these reactions. This is the type of show I wouldn't normaly watch on my own, mainly cause the pacing is very slow and the writing is that sorta kinda cringy vibe. Not a huge Domundi fan. But when I tell you I was crying laughing at that shower/room scene with all the music cues and sound effects. Momma I was HOWLING.

"if I saw a real life couple feeding each other like this I'd think well they're unwell" what if one half of the couple said "aigoo, eating so well~" in a sickly sweet baby voice as if he was praising a literal toddler when feeding his lover? that would be even worse imho. damn here goes my hope of you watching zbtving season 2 ep 3.. I kind of do agree with Adam but some people *cough* Are in fact capable of being so obnoxiously in love that they genuinely act like this and find it cute. we're just too weathered and cynical to not find it cringe lol. although with sweet gay couples I can accept it a lot more, when the straights do it, my inner monologue is like that vine where the guy goes "wtf, is this allowed?"

I’m watching this SUPER late so you probably won’t see this, but the choo-choo eating thing is from DMD Friendship. It’s part of the same misquote scene y’all were watching before. Kong said he would do it for Thomas as a play on his name (since he was named for Thomas the Train Engine). They have a running train thing all throughout the show. Like in the first ep, the cast had to write a secret note to the person they wanted to partner with and Kong drew a train on his note to Thomas so Thomas knew the note was from Kong.
