I’m glad you guys were able to react to this! The lack of OT9 content from W1 was killing us slowly, but it was so fun to watch them all interact again, even if the setting was kinda scary😭😭

Adam, I also work with historic houses, investigating their original construction, furnishings, finishes and such. mostly this means I'm all alone in a manor house in the middle of nowhere. these buildings are usually uninhabited, dilapidated and without electricity. the oldest I've worked in were around 600 years old, but obviously the 19th century mansions evoke the classic horror film scenery even better. once I worked alone at a gigantic art deco mansion that had been left behind in the middle of -10 F winter weather. it was freezing and got dark very early. all I had was a single floodlight in an otherwise dark, cold, cobwebbed echo-y mansion. the basement was particularly bad, there was even a moldy concrete pool. in one of the rooms I climbed up the wall to have a better look at the moulding and I must have bumped my ladder against the ventilation opening. next thing I knew something black and soft fell right into my face: a dead crow. why am I living in a horror story the likes of which Edgar Allen only wrote about.. another time I was working at an old manor house which was converted into social housing for a war veteran in a wheelchair. he wasn't exactly scary, just a chainsmoking drunkard. every room was full of unimaginable filth, food waste from decades ago, dead mice and their droppings. I had to go into his room and his bed was soiled since he had hardly any assistance. as horrible as it was, I was just sorry that he lived like this and refused to go into an old people's home. I did my best with my research and traveled home for the weekend. when I arrived at the house next Monday, I was informed he had passed away. thankfully I wasn't there to discover him but I may have been the last person he talked to. then I had to continue working in the house with the lingering air of death. thankfully I'm not spiritual or superstitious at all because I couldn't do my job otherwise lol. btw you're so right about Taerae being just as unbothered as me, he's an ENTJ and I'm an INTJ- innate rationalists. if it comforts anyone, I've been to hundreds of old houses and never met a single ghost. sure there are strange creaks and noises but never a ghost. Ricky is genuinely the hide and go seek champion, he utilized the same strat in Keep Running/Running Man China and literally no one could find him (except of course, Gyuvin, because he has built in Rwick radar) Matthew shedding his clothes the longer the night goes on, stealing ice cream, putting a bow on and bouncing around with his chest right up against the camera is pure horror movie cheese and I'm here for it Also thank you for putting up with your fear of clowns for this! Sumbakkokjil is infamous for being Very Scary for the groups that participate, but ZB1 got hard mode out of all the other groups that came before them (since they're too good at puzzle/mystery/mafia games that involve cooperation). I saw the Wishies episode and every Wish member got a get out of free jail item that didn't get used up (once they found it), the play area was smaller, the seeker was slower, and there was only two seekers at the end. Jebes got everything thrown at them frfr Also shoutouts to mvp Emi, the jeberet channel (come join us in the discord!) and yall for picking this!
