I love your comment on how disliking a character actually brings me to go unhinged with them, that's absolutely a factor, yes!! I realized that I end up being more limited with e.g. Zhongli; being my fav, drawing him is my guilty pleasure so I want the scenario to match my personal preferences. For the others I'm like "let's make it lewd and fun", as long as it's in character (for the way I see them at least) anything's fine! I also enjoy both versions for different reasons! 💜
