Hope you're all enjoying your Fall weekend! ༄˖°.🍂.ೃ࿔*:・Okay, this one's not 80's but we really wanted to fit in a couple more spooky season movies. This one was less of a scary movie, and more just haunting and unbelievable... The challenges these characters have to face are so intense and heartbreaking. We both really really loved this movie.

This was amazing. People made smart choices, which is refreshing. The pregnant couple were so awesome. I also love that one of the old grandmas was unapologetically a younger woman in makeup and a wig. I also love that the daughter was so mature for her age, having to essentially parent herself all her life since granny was getting older. Thanks for showing me this! Top 3 favorite zombie movies easily.

This movie is so unforgettable. I've only seen it once, but I can replay it in my head, beat for beat. Ma Dong-seok will never not be cool. He was such a freaking badass in this.

If anybody is having issues sync'n, I had to find a pure 24 FPS copy (otherwise had to occasionally pause their version to stay in sync with my NTSC standard (23.976 FPS version)). That said, love this movie!

Probably the best zombie movie in a long time…at least since Zombieland (2009). They had me feeling so much for these characters that I actually shed tears in the end.

Oh! Thank you for saying this. Is there anything we should be doing differently on our end to make sure this doesn't happen?

I loved that people made good choices too! I also didn't realize the granny was a young person in makeup lol!

It's tricky, but it happens the most reactors every now and then. Depends on where you get your video from. If you're watching on a streaming service, you'll usually be okay, but you might want to let people know what service. If you're watching from DVD then you need to make sure you have the NTSC (North American) version (23.976 FPS), or at least let us know if it's the PAL version (25 FPS). I know you guys would never do this, because it's naughty, but if you happen to find a copy somewhere out on the internet then the place you got it usually has information files that go with it that will tell you the frame rate it was encoded at. To be NTSC compliant, you want to find the ones that say 23.976 FPS). Sometimes you see some of these that were ripped off of streaming sites end up encoded at a flat 24 FPS. Also, you can usually find codec information in the video file, with whatever application you're using to view it (I use VLC) that can tell you the encoded frame rate. Usually. Sometimes.
