I can't believe we're on Season 4 already! Loving all this. 🖤

There were a lot of debates about El and how far she took her vengeance out on Angela. Me personally, knowing how some bullies are, she was one of the worst and arguably deserved to have her nose broken. She was so uncaring and downright vicious for no reason at all; those kind of bullies need a hard lesson. Yes, it could have been handled better, but El doesn't have the proper "tools" in her mental toolchest to deal with that kind of behavior from others. All the actors deserve praise for this series, but I love Joseph Quinn playing Eddie. The little things, like his shaking uncontrollably when Dustin was trying to calm him down, that's award winning acting!

I dont care what anyone says, seeing Eleven smash that little girl in the face with a roller skate is so satisfying lol Ahhh cant wait for more! Great reaction as always.

DnD, in this show, is a reference point for the main characters because they know it so well and they're coming up against otherworldly things, so they use DnD to relate to what they're encountering. It's not like the makers of DnD had some insight into these things and the game is a guidebook. They just use it so they can name these unnamed things so their minds can...categorize them. I say this because you said something about how tied DnD is to this and when they come across something, they can just look it up in the manual, but that's not exactly correct. They tend to pull out the manual to explain to others what they mean when they mention a term from the game that matches the description of what they've encountered, like when they mentioned the Veil of Shadows, when they first discovered The Upside Down. The Upside Down isn't The Veil of Shadows, but the definition of it is very similar to what they found The Upside Down to be. This season is awesome. They really bumped up the horror because the kids are getting older and so the horror is getting more adult also. Sorta like the Harry Potter books/movies.
