Sharing a full video of the band playing Windswept live for the first time at The Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles, CA.

This show was so fun. Yes, it was late at night and we didn’t get to sleep until 2am (the cost of staying in a Airbnb with the whole band — it’s tough to disband and get to bed). But the company was great and we made some pretty cool memories. I even got to put my improv skills to use for an encore, which was awesome ha.

The Hotel Cafe is moving locations and we were actually one of the last shows scheduled out, so I’m not sure what their new venue will be like. But this one was super rad. They had little bistro tables and chairs in the front of the stage like classic old Hollywood. Then people could stand in the back. We all loved the set up and from what I heard so did everyone who came out. It was really intimate and classy — very cool vibe. We feel grateful to have been able to play it before they shut that location down.

Thanks to all who came out! And to those planning to come to our shows in Seattle or Bend.

Lots of things are fake online these days, and hard to differentiate between authentic or staged — or AI. But you can’t fake a live performance. And it’s really refreshing to get to connect in person with fans.

I’ve just been craving any and everything that feels genuine and real these days. I’m really happy to be playing live with the boys and getting to connect with fans in person. We need connection and experiences. So yeah, it feels good.

Love you all!

Jessy

Here's hoping we get to hear it at the next Seattle show! Lovely stuff, fellas!

We were there, posted up along the wall off to the side. Great show!

Wanted to see you play live for 20 years. It was so worth the wait!

Jessy, I gotta say…I already liked this song, but after surviving a tornado a week ago, this little optimistic song called “Windswept” means a whole helluva lot to me now. Wind has been the cause of a lot of destruction in my home lately (though not ON my home, thank God) and this particular wind-titled song is bringing a lot of healing for me. So thank you, as always, for the art you make. It matters, it ways expected and unexpected both.

I hope you're doing ok! Super wild. Really glad your home was spared, and that you guys are safe. Would have been scary to go outside and see a tree that large laying next to your home. And everything else that could have happened. Oof. Thinking of you! I'm happy to know Windswept has been uplifting amidst it all.

Love how Jordan plays drums. Not too much not too little. He plays perfect for this style of music to where the drum part is very interesting but not 50,000 notes. Perfect escalation and dynamics too. I could go on for awhile. Great job guys.

I feel the same dude. Jordan is an incredible drummer and I’m stoked he’s part of TCAA.

Such a beautiful song -- it's my soundtrack for this season of life.
