Been waiting on this reaction for quite some time lol. There's actually a reason Raphael wouldn't be able to detect Yuki being controlled vs Raphael being able to do it at the council meeting. Because Raphael didn't actually detect a skill or ability being used, because it couldn't due to there being no mana to track. Raphael only detected that the brain waves of everyone at the meeting were identical, and the probability of that is next to none so she surmised it was some type of control which she was able to cut off. Technically Yuki has really only ever spoken to Rimuru alone or with other people who wouldn't be under Maribel so Raphael would have nobody to compare his brain waves to. He could still be faking it but it makes sense Rimuru couldn't sense it before.
