Im voting for Gozilla, but please for the love of all that is holy, don't forget about Speed Racer I absolutely adore that movie

Chris.N7

Spider-Man and it's not even close lol.

Zoozee

Hey Kai. Does this poll mean, that we don't get to watch the rest of the Scream movies with you, unless they are voted for in the polls? 🥺

Skylar Ehler

Godzilla 2014 has a special place in my heart

BaconJets

I think that Speed Racer would be the most interesting from a filmmaker’s perspective, because it’s fucking insane.

Jess Landry

when you vote and smile cause you see you're in good company

Chris Clark

Oooh man this is so tough... but since you have started with the monstervese you need to continue with godzilla 2014. But also how to train your dragon og and kung fu hustle are just as good can't you do all 3 of those?

Austin Wilson

I’m all up for more Godzilla, one of my favourite monsters, if you cover godzilla 2014 at any point and continue down the monsterverse path, would be cool to check out Shin Godzilla afterwards. But really good movie choices!

James Nyman

I think both Spider-Man and How to train your dragon are amazing films.

Yoshio

HTTYD is wonderful, but going with Spidey since you just came off of Spiderverse.

Alex

One day Speed Racer my beloved, One day

PriddleIsTheName

4% Well. Fuck. Guess ill hope for HTTYD instead

Kai Zammit - Filmmaker Reacts

Not at all, remember I also have my own personal list. Randoms that will pop up. The movie I covered yesterday was a random one but came from my eldest daughter. Like I said, random and Scream like Aliens 3 is on there.

Kai Zammit - Filmmaker Reacts

I will get to it, I have to purely by the comments I'm getting about the movie. I want to know what all the fuss is about, can it be that good!?!?

Zoozee

Phew, thank f***, I mean goodness. Personally I'm really looking forward to the Scream movies. And on a side note. I've never watched the John Wick movies until you put them up on your channel. I've always been a Fifth Element/The legend of Zorro/The Fantom kinda gal. But I see now that boy oh boy, I have been missing out by not watching John Wick. Better late than never I guess. As always, thank you for your awesome content and for keeping your commentary grounded and real🙏

Phryte

Not picking Godzilla 2014 is a hate crime

Alex

I’m biased because of nostalgia (saw it when I was 9!!), but I think it’s very fun, it’s very anime (it originally was an anime of course), it has whimsey and camp and its colorful, the cars and the races look so cool, and it’s still the Wachowski sisters so of course everyone knows hand-to-hand combat! even the cars can do combat and it’s called “Car-Fu”!!! Plus there’s a monkey, so automatically and without an ounce of hyperbole it’s one of the greatest films ever made

PeppaShrekky

Godzilla is definitely the best visually looking of the Monsterverse films despite being pretty dark at some points

PriddleIsTheName

See?! This is why I love this channel. May take ages but unlike other channels where polls have 1 out of maybe 100 options you say things like this. I gave up trying to get people to give one of my favourite films a chance but here it may happen someday 🤘

snqu

I voted Spiderman, but I wanted to vote for LOTR Return of the King :(

Kai Zammit - Filmmaker Reacts

Next month for that one as I'm out of the country next week until September. I've also booked a day off for it because it's five hours long! 😂 Outrageous.

snqu

Hell yeah, can't wait!! And don't worry, the last ~20-30min of the film is the credits lol

Masenko

This is so hard!!!!!!!!! HTTYD trilogy is amazing, that second one is chefs kiss. But Tobeys Spiderman is just a staple super hero movie that got the ball rolling for all super movies that came after. Then of course Godzilla and Speed racer were amazing films as well! So many to choose!

Michael Alexis Garcia

If I may add my two cents: if and when you get to Speed Racer, it seems appropriate that the enxt two films you check out afterwards are V for Vendetta and Constantine. Especially since you're going through John Wick. Constantine in particular might tickle your hidden gem bone.

Mark

Nice, would love to see reaction to HTTYD! (though guess its not winning this time 😅) Though be aware, i just recently rewatched it, and while it is amazing all the way, characters, story, music.. it is old and visually not aged well 😅 (tbh with all my dislikes to remakes, this one was actually solid and basically 1-to-1, so could be considered😅)

Mark

yup
