Great reaction, can’t wait to finish the journey! These episodes are peak IMO, some very iconic moments. Some people criticize spending two episodes this close to the end on this, but I love them and find them very important. Love your Friends and ATLA journeys.

honestly i'd say getting these 2 episodes together was one of the main reasons i suggested doing the 3 episode week earlier of course you love azula, she's a people person. remember, ty lee is only there because azula threatened to kill her and possibly the rest of the circus she was working at. azula doesn't know how to relate to them really as anything more than tools. as mai says, ty lee and her are only there because they feared her. i can feel bad for azula, but i was really hopping mai and ty lee would have gotten away instead of being immediately captured I apprecaite that the note zuko left came back up and we learn what he told her.

I was a bit wary at first but I wanted zuko to bond with sokka so I was excited!! But definitely super important story wise especially with Mai and tai Lee 😭😭😭😭 still so shocked at that scene

Yesss I’m so glad I watched them together!! Well I would say Ty Lee still sees her as friend and I thought she joined because of her duty to her country or something lmao I do agree they feared her more than loved her tho which sucks 😢

azula went to the circus she was performing at and had her saftey net set on fire, and ty lee still refused to join her until azula said she'd keep coming back and asking for more and more stuff to be added each day. she joined out of fear of azula.
