Hi guys!

I really wanted to love this. I really did! I reacted to the album live on Twitch earlier and without anything but a highlight medley to go off, I was very interested to hear what MAMIHLAPINATAPAI would be like.

Unfortunately, I won't be posting it, and this video details the reasons why.

Thanks so much for your understanding, and I really hope that BE:LIFT can do more to bring out the skills of these girls because they are SO insanely talented.

I’m glad u don’t post album listens that you don’t enjoy. And just post these if you don’t vibe w it. I haven’t listened to the full album. I think music in general it’s what come to now. Tik tok songs vitality. I don’t like the 2 minute songs with no bridge. I don’t know if belift let them participate in music like other sub-labels do in Hybe. I hope they are able too put in their own creative input on what that want in the future. I think that’s what works with le Sserafim is because source lets the fimmies take part in the music. Spaghetti single was all bout yunjin. I don’t follow illit close like Fims. So I don’t know if they have gotten a chance. But yes thanks for ur honesty.

Love them but yeah after my initial listen it's probably not something I'll listen to much. It's Me was kind of funny the first few times but that's not something with any longevity to me, other songs I don't really remember much.

I didnt like its me, theres alot of title tracks from illit that i dont like but I think its a good album, especially the last few songs, but i get that music is very subjective and personal and we cant all like the same things, it just feels bad when people i respect dont like something I think is good

I was alright with the album....I could vibe with all the songs except the last song, because I'm not too into slow songs. I know its a different sound for them, but I can enjoy the songs for what they are. I don't think this style will stay with this group....I think its just a temporary phase Hybe is going through.

Not gonna lie, I have forgotten the title since it dropped. I haven't checked who has watched it yet. Their label should've done better. I heard snippets of the album and didn't finish a single song. It doesn't help that last week + Unchild's debut 🔥 and Hype Princess's pre-debut 🔥🫡, It got lost in the shuffle. Sad cause I really like illit and I wanted a lot more.

Finally got around to listening to this and I'm also not liking it yet. I'm pretty easy to please with music and I like pretty much everything kpop has giving us that I'm into. There probably maybe like 5 songs I don't like and won't add it to my Playlist. I love them but maybe next one
