Sorry for the delays yall, I hit myself with a pretty arduous task. Conceal cat scratches on my new to me used couch. Due to midnight boredom, Jasper decided the used couch deal was too good to be true so he must deface it to make it make more sense. I tried to use leather filler and a simple wax, no luck - dye, even worse! It became a splotchy mess.

I then decided to that black would make the blemishes less visible, or so I hoped. It isn’t the worst but it’s definitely not the best. I can still see where those holes were made and the leather filler looks like trash even after dyeing. The dye left streaks all over the side panels and some of the cushions, dye went through the painters tape onto the wood so I kind of just rushed through the last two cushions. I’m hoping that the conditioner can act as a sealant / finish to reduce the dye transfer.

Luckily the cushions seem to turn out well so far. Im at an active like 12 hours into this project and I’m finally wrapping it up. Im sorry for the timing on this one since it took me away from filming but no more DIY for me this week, I’ll see you all tomorrow!
