When their long break was over, he was once again driving, and Annie and Britta were in the backseat, giggling and chatting. Annie’s mood was naturally much better, Britta’s unintentional insults and patronizing attitude sliding off her easily after two more orgasms in their little bathroom fun.

He assumed that there was nothing Britta could do to ruin Annie’s bliss.

Soon, Britta started whispering once more, and he realized he was wrong.

Britta could always achieve the impossible.

“… too bad your little plan is foiled by that nasty cramp, am I right?” Britta whispered. He could see that she was trying to be playful, but she came across as condescending.

“What plan?” Annie asked, surprised.

“Using the excuse of the rest to sit on his lap. Solid move. Too bad that cramp ruined the plan. Maybe you should come do yoga with me. Getting more limber helps.”

For a moment, he was worried about Annie. Rolling her eyes that much couldn’t be healthy. “Maybe later,” Annie sighed, amusement and exasperation battling.

“Annie. Not later. You need to be determined. I mean, Ethan is still prime real estate as far as men are concerned. You need to be work a little harder than a cutesy lap dance that dies halfway due to a cramp to lock him up … not that I approve binding yourself to a man due to patriarchy, but I know you like to be a little … cutesy. You can’t let someone like the bathroom lady swing by and steal him.”

He smirked as he listened. “What?” Annie asked, shocked.

“I mean, you must have heard what was going on in the bathroom, right? That chick had lungs. If you can do a quarter of what they were doing, you won’t have to worry about losing him even in a long-distance relationship.”

He had to bite his lips to stop himself from laughing, but even then, a giggle escaped.

“Are you serious?” Annie asked, getting annoyed. To be fair, he understood where she was coming from. Britta wasn’t blind, but she was led by her biases. The fact that she was able to misunderstand what Annie had done meant just how deeply her reflex to see Annie as a child ran.

Interesting.

“I mean, yeah…” Britta said, then launched a ‘lesson’ on seduction for Annie. True to Britta' form, half of the advice was solid, a few of them incredible … and the other half total nonsense that people only let her slide because Britta was incredibly beautiful.

As finally reached the B&B they would be staying at, he could see that Annie had fed up with the situation.

Then, Britta did something else that surprised him.

“Too bad you’re too shy and I can’t teach you directly,” Britta said smugly. “It would help.”

“Help?” Annie asked.

“You know? I can come in and help guide two of you, share my great knowledge,” Britta said smugly. However, her tone made it obvious that it was mere bragging. She made that offer, fully expecting it to be refused, trying to look cool.

Annie would have dismissed it any other time, but after Britta’s latest bunch of amusing nonsense, she took a different path. She grabbed Britta’s hands, her voice filled with fake enthusiasm. “You would do that for us? I accept.”

Britta’s eyes widened, realizing her fake offer had been accepted. “Really?” she said, shocked.

“Of course. It’s such a kind offer, how can I refuse?” Annie said, then her Disney eyes showed. “Of course you changed your mind.”

All Britta needed was to say that she had misspoke, and the situation would be over. However, Britta almost married Jeff out of a dare. Her response was predictable. “Of course not. I’m completely serious. I’m an open-minded, modern woman who’s more than happy to share the secrets of true female solidarity with you,” she said.

The longer the sentence, the more panic she felt.

“Thanks, Britta, you’re the best,” Annie said with a smile.

While they continued chatting, he quickly handled the check-in. It was a beautiful place, an old standalone farmhouse off the highway with creaking floors and quilts.

“Ethan, we’ll go to the bedroom to change,” Annie said cheerfully, and he waved them off.

He shook his head, making a note to be careful while angering Annie. She was cute and helpful, but once angered, she escalated quickly.

“Are you sure he will be comfortable? Men can be sensitive about being given directions. Jeff certainly was. I don’t want to ruin whatever you two have,” she said.

“No. You were right. I need to exert my feminine independence,” Annie responded, unable to hide her teasing tone, but Britta, unsurprisingly, missed.

He was fascinated by Britta’s selective perceptiveness. She could see through a person at a glance, yet she did this. Ironically, while she fumbled against Annie, he could easily imagine Britta demolishing Georgina with the same ease.

She was a paradox, which, to be fair, made her more interesting than the alternative.

He hummed happily while he used the bathroom and changed into shorts, and opened his laptop. Just because he didn’t work much didn’t mean he didn’t work at all. He checked the websites, checked the internal reports, and even went through the market.

He didn’t want to start investing in the stock market, mostly because it was the kind of money that was tracked most easily. There were only limited ways of hiding it without committing a crime, and he didn’t want to deal with the mess.

Or, if he performed well, insider trading charges.

He just wanted to understand the general landscape to be ready for a possible upheaval.

He hummed while listening Britta and Annie chat, with Britta bragging about her incredible life in order to intimidate Annie, turning her offer into a game of chicken rather than admitting she wasn’t ready.

“Ethan, do you mind coming here? We need your help,” Annie finally called.

He walked in, and at the doorstep, he gave the proper shocked reaction. Annie was wearing a sexy lace nightie that clung to her body tight, revealing almost everything. Meanwhile, Britta was dressed in her underwear, which was surprisingly sexy and lacy for someone going around in combat boots.

“That’s not what I expected,” he said, which was complete nonsense. “What’s going on?”

Annie acted shy, her fingers pressing together. “Well, B-Britta offered us to help, teaching us how to …”

“How to properly give her pleasure. I mean, you clearly need help,” Britta said, once again her tongue getting away from her as she tried to escalate. “I hope your fragile male ego could handle.”

He looked at Annie, and they barely managed not to laugh. “It’ll be difficult, but if Annie feels like I need it, how can I go against what she wants,” he teased her. “I accept.”

Britta’s eyes widened, but she pushed forward even more. “Really. I mean, perfect. As a future psych major, I’m uniquely equipped to help couples discover their intimacy,” she said.

Annie’s shake of her head was too amusing. He didn’t blame her, because Britta clearly believed the second part of her sentence, that by merely deciding to take classes in psychology, she believed she was equipped for it.

No wonder, during the year, she would trigger an anxiety crisis in Jeff that would lead to him killing Pierce’s dad while also triggering a breakdown in Abed.

He hummed as he sat next to Annie. “How do we start, Doctor Perry?” he asked, meeting Annie’s incredulous gaze with a smirk.

Britta shuffled. “Well, the first thing about intimacy is trust. Look at her eyes.”

“Like this?” he said as he touched Annie’s chin, making his fingers tremble.

“No, more confident. She’s your lover. You can’t hide the truth. I want you to hold her face gently, and look at her while sharing your opinions.

“If you say so, doctor,” he teased, and this time, grabbed Annie’s chin gently, sharing a charged look.

“Don’t you dare,” Annie whispered, blushing. Even after all the summer fun, Annie lacked the will to resist his gaze when he brought his full attention to her, always taking it as an invitation to kiss him. He just smirked, feeling her as she started to tremble with desire.

He liked doing it because her eyes had always captivated him as well.

It didn’t help when he put his fingers on her hips, caressing her to drive her even more helpless. After all, just because they were teasing Britta didn’t mean he couldn’t tease her at the same time.

She gulped. “B-Britta,” she said, avoiding his gaze. “I think I need help.”

“Of course,” Britta said. “What’s wrong?”

“I don’t think the eye contact is working like you told me. Do you mind taking my place and telling him what he’s doing wrong?”

Britta gulped, her gaze sweeping along his naked shoulders and very muscular chest. “Are you sure?” she asked, slightly dazed, then shook her head. “I mean, I don’t want to make you uncomfortable.”

“I need your help,” Annie said, which sounded honest, because it was honest. Just not for the reason Britta thought.

Once again, unsurprisingly, the morsel of common sense she possessed failed to put a fight against her weird competitiveness even for a second. “Fine,” Britta said, left her seat. Annie stood up, and Britta took her place.

“The most important thing about eye contact is openness. It’s not a competition. You can’t see into someone’s soul without baring yourself open in the process,” she said. “Understood?”

He nodded, shaking his head in amusement. Because it was solid advice, which was once again an inevitable part of Britta journey. She dropped some of the wisest statements when one expected just more nonsense. “Are you ready to do the same, Doctor Perry?” he asked, his tone rumbling.

Annie, never one to rely on half measures, adjusted the dimmer, making the room even more intimate. He put his hand on Britta’s cheek, let his lips quirk playfully as he looked into Britta’s eyes.

He didn’t hide anything, because he didn’t need to. At his core, he believed himself to be a simple person. Britta’s lips parted almost unconsciously as she got lost in his eyes, Luminous Eyes impacting her hard.

She bit her lips, dazed, her breathing picking up speed. She leaned forward a bit, then shook her head. “I … I think we can leave eye contact to later. How about I teach you two about the female body? That’s easier to teach.”

“Good idea,” Annie said as she sat on Britta’s other side.

“W-why are you sitting next to me?”

“I need to see where Ethan touches you, of course,” she said.

“Me?” Britta said.

“How else you’ll know whether Ethan is doing well?” Annie asked innocently.

Britta believed Annie’s innocence because she was distracted by her own arousal. She gulped. A part of her was clearly feeling like she was taking advantage of the situation, yet another part begged her to accept.

Thanks to his perception, he could read the reactions of a woman to near perfection, and he would bet the full settlement he got from Chuck on the fact that Britta had a ‘dry’ summer.

Interesting.

“A-Are you sure you’ll feel comfortable seeing Ethan k-kissing me?” Britta whispered.

Annie nodded.

“Fine,” Britta whispered, her tone shifting. “E-Ethan. One of the most neglected parts of the body is the neck. You need to be gentle and careful,” she said.

“Like this,” he whispered, pressing his lips to her pulse, feeling it beating wildly. He started kissing up and down, making her shiver. “Tell me, Britta. Am I doing anything wrong?”

Britta gulped. “I … maybe you can go a little harder,” she whispered.

He nibbled her neck, and her back arched. “Like this?” he said.

“I think she means more like this,” Annie commented, and started kissing Britta’s neck from the other side, making her shiver far worse.

“A-Annie?” she whispered.

“What, Britta?” Annie replied, her fake annoyance gone.

“Are you … doing what I think you’re doing?”

Annie didn’t answer immediately. “What about the belly?” she asked instead as she put her fingers on Britta’s stomach, caressing gently.

He put his hands on her inner thigh, his fingers dancing. “How about now, Britta? Do you think I can do more than paw at the first hint of flesh mindlessly?” he teased her, deliberately quoting one of the phrases she used a lot.

He also used it, because until now, the prank was acceptable. Anything more, he preferred her to step knowingly.

Britta froze. “You heard?”

“You weren’t always whispering, Britta,” he teased her.

“So, what is this? Revenge for insulting you?” she said, her voice turning bitter as she tried to stand up. But, with his hand on her leg, she stayed in place.

“Nothing so crass, Britta,” he whispered. “I mean, the part about you teaching was kind of prank, but I didn’t expect to enter and find you in underwear, ready to teach. Also, prank wasn’t about my ego. It was about Annie.”

That made her look genuinely surprised. “What do you mean?”

“I want you to close your eyes and think about everything you have said to Annie. How would you feel if someone tried to lecture like that when you’re twenty-one?”

“But—“

“Annie is the youngest of the group, and you have to defend her,” he said. “The intent is beautiful. Application, not so much,” he said.

Britta looked at Annie. “I’m sorry,” she whispered. “I didn’t want to be patronizing.”

“I know, but you still were. You need to be more careful,” Annie said. “I’m not a little girl anymore.” She smirked. “I might even know more than you after the summer we had,” she said.

That made Britta giggle. “That’s impossible,” Britta said.

Annie smiled again, but this time, there was no fake cutesy act. She was pure sexiness. “Fine, how about a little game of follow the leader? I do something. You copy. You do something. I copy. Let’s see who’s the sheltered one.”

Britta gulped. “A-are you sure you can handle a threesome?” she asked.

Annie smirked. “You’re a bit late asking that,” she said as she stood up in front of him, sat on his lap, and gave him a quick but passionate lap dance, her tongue invading his mouth. “How about this for a start?”

Britta gulped. For a moment, he could see her measuring whether to go with it. “Fine,” she said. She took the place Annie occupied, but instead of kissing him immediately, she looked into his eyes.

When she kissed, it wasn’t the hungry kiss of Annie. It was a slow, hesitant kiss, but when his tongue slipped inside, she responded with passion. Her hips moved just as fast.

When Britta stood up, Annie dropped her dress, took the exact position from the car. She let him slip inside, and she cried with pleasure. “Just a cramp,” she said, her voice smug.

Britta’s eyes popped open. “Just a cramp! Are you saying that when I teased you about ruining your seduction game…”

“I was between my first and second orgasms,” she said. She smirked. “You cost me a very important bet, you know that,” she said. “I bet on you noticing. I mean, I cried so loudly.”

Britta was equally shocked. “How did I miss that?” she asked herself. Then, she paused, her voice hurt. “I-is this the bet?”

“Of course not,” Annie responded immediately, even without slowing down her hips. “This … I won’t bet something like that.”

Britta sighed, relaxed. “What was the bet, then?”

“It was a big one,” Annie complained.

“If she won, she would have gotten a coupon. One unlimited support for a Greendale event, with no time limit.”

Britta’s eyes widened. “Damn. That’s a good bet. Not many people from outside can handle Greendale madness, and you have already seen how bad things get in the paintball.”

“Bad? It was one of the best adventures of my life,” he said. “Especially since Annie the Saloon Girl is an adrenaline junkie on the table.”

Britta paused, then her eyes widened. “The table?”

Annie blushed, but her hips didn’t stop. “The table … and the couch … and the bookshelf …” She blushed. “You were right. It was surprisingly fun.”

He chuckled at Britta’s shocked gaze. “Well, I’ll be damned,” she muttered. “You’re really no longer the confused little girl who joined the group,” she admitted.

Annie smirked, her legs parting open. He caught the signal, grabbed her legs to give Britta a show. “No, I’m not,” she whispered, while he helped her to drill the point in … by drilling in.

Annie’s moans grew until she started to shiver.

Britta gulped. “T-that was quick,” she whispered. “You must be really sensitive. Lucky you.”

Annie shook her head. “I don’t think I’m particularly sensitive,” she responded, even as he helped her to sit next to him, her naked body trembling. He kissed her neck, and she moaned.

Britta shook her head. “Fine. I’m not trying to patronize you, Annie, but most women don’t come from a few minutes of penetration. Believe me, you’re lucky.”

Ethan smirked. “I think what Annie is trying to say is that it’s more to do with me. I’m proud to say that I’m somewhat decent in bed,” he said.

Britta blushed. “I mean, don’t get me wrong. You’re not bad. That trick with your eyes alone is enough to drop a lot of panties, but it’s not like you have a magic … thing bringing orgasm with a touch.”

He chuckled. “I smell another bet,” he whispered. “What do you say?”

Britta’s eyes widened. “Terms?”

“I have ten minutes. If you win, you have me for a Greendale heist, or an open-ended favor for something else. I win, you will help me with a fun scheme of mine in New York. Annie mentioned you lived there.”

“I did!” Britta declared, wearing it as a badge of pride, as always. Then, she paused. “Fine. I can use a favor when I need a cat sitter,” she declared as she made a move to sit on his lap, only for him to hold her waist, and lay her down.

“Are you ready for ten minutes of heaven, Britta?” he whispered.

Her whimper as he hovered above her was beautiful.
