Hi everyone! Just wanted to show my face here and make sure to answer any questions you have about the Greece trip.

Hi, Kristin! Great to put a face with the voice! Is this a trip that husbands can go on? Is there a time when you are free to do your own exploring?

We'll be together most of the day, but the studio days are 6-8 hours together and then some days we will split that between studio and excursion. I will be with you during those times as well

There is a bit of downtime, but the trip is heavily focused on group time together to explore and paint. Husbands have come before, but they are treated as part of the group to paint and explore together. Some people have come with their husbands early and then they go to the retreat while their husband stays nearby or goes back home. There's a lot of ways to make it work if you don't want to travel alone but your husband isn't interested in the retreat.

Looks fabulous, I'm super tempted. I'm a fairly new painter. I've mostly done tutorials (yours and others), but I haven't attempted anything from scratch. Do you think this level of painting would be too much for me? (Also, isn't Shipwreck Beach closed?) Thanks, love your teaching style.

I emailed Uptrek about this because I was also concerned! They said that the boat will be stopping near to the shipwreck so that we can take some lovely photos (perhaps to use as references for paintings later) but we will not be going onto this beach itself. However, there will be time to swim on a nearby beach after the photo opportunity. This eased my worries because I really did not want to go onto the shipwreck beach since there have been so many concerns about erosion. Hope this answers your question! <3

Amazing! How often do you do retreats like this, is this your first time? Would there be more in the future? Sounds like a dream-trip!
