Did you notice that innie Mark sculpted the tree in his special wellness session? The tree that killed his wife. His innie should have no idea about the tree, but obviously it's still there. Deep inside of him.

And what helly was trying to do when she was reaching the note into the stairwell, she was trying to stretch far enough out that she would turn into her outie and her outie would see the note that she doesn’t want to be in there.

Mr milchik accidentally left the book there in all the chaos in the last episode.

again, Apple has available a couple of helpful pieces of literature for viewers to help enhance their viewing. you can read a copy of Ricken's book online. (no spoilers) but it does give you a lot of insight into Ricken's thoughts. Also available is "The Lexington Letter" again not spoilers but additional info for added background. These are free and provided by Apple at the beginning of the show.

Innie Mark making the tree. So some part of outie Mark is still there.

Helly is actually more savage than I thought. I wonder if she purposely hung herself in the elevator, with her intention being that her outie "wakes up" being strangled, and realizing in her final moments, that it was her innie is the one who made the choice for both of them.

I'm loving this journey with y'all! Keep up the good work. This show does a brilliant job of mocking what we have done to ourselves as a society. Show up to work at a company that could give a shit about us, bust our asses day in and day out, get fired for no reason. Rinse and repeat. I said this after the first time I watched it... it's like a Greek Tragedy set inside an office.
