We wanted to make the cave sequence a bit more detailed and dialogue heavy to present a compelling argument as to why Dracula would agree to go back in time. Character motivation is always key in stories and especially when you're dealing with time travel, you have to be extra mindful. Dracula is basically going to jump into the fire so he will require some knowledge beforehand. Without it why would he make the leap? But when you're dealing with Lucifer helpful information is often left out and there is always a price to pay...
