The pass through effect is not his Magekyo special. It’s his regular Sharingan ability. It’s leveled up together when Kakashi killed their best friend (Rin). Y’all want Kakashi to be innocent so bad 😂 But it’s deeper than that. You’ll see soon

This gives additional context to why Obito manipulated the former Mizukage and punished the Mist. That man held that grudge. As for Kamui powers, Kakashi has a more long-range ability that Obito doesn't have whereas Kakashi lacks the ability to phase through objects the way Obito.
