Blake Stone is a game I never played back in the day. I didn't even play through Aliens of Gold until last year despite having the game on Steam since 2013 when it came free in the Apogee Throwback Pack after I pre-ordered ROTT 2013.  When I said "What the fuck is a Blake Stone," I meant it.This is all before diving into... uh... Slayers X, I think? The new release schedule is funky and my minimal attempts to get an early review code for Boltgun (which I've pre-ordered) have not worked out, so that will happen when it happens. Then I saw that HROT got a full release and I'll be damned if I let that boss level of Episode 3 go undiscussed on this channel. I have a playthrough of Slayers X recorded so that's probably the next video, followed by Boltgun, followed by one last HROT video, and I'm expecting to get all of these out during June. Maybe. Chad Feldspar had me chuckling, and with BSG 2003 it’s always bothered me: is it FRACK or FRAK? Oh, and it’s such a missed opportunity that Grace Park’s character wasn’t male… you could have replaced Edward James Almos(t) with Boomer.

Dammit Civvie, I never thought to think about damage output with the PDU vs ammo consumption. I just stuck with the RAW for the whole game to try and limit ammo use. Great video as usual, surprised but happy to see you enjoyed Dick Marble more than I did. I thought the first half of the game was brilliant and the second half was only so-so. But man....Planet Strike really doesn't look all that fun. Kinda glad I skipped it.

what's the sound effect for the crawler beast / giant rat dying? "eeeeeEEEWWWW?" Also we had the blake stone shareware on our computer growing up, and those little item pickup fanfares are burned into my brain, and I basically feel like you made this episode just for me, thank you, love you civvie. 💝

Another awesome blast to the past, Civ. While I am a Warhammer nerd and kind of excited by the idea of a Boltgun video, I can only hope that it's worthy of a video. I don't want another repeat of "Forgive Me Daddy" (Yes it has a nice style, but it's pretty dull).
