Message from AGI-Stories…

Due to time limits, "River City Connections" might look a little thinner than last week. I have some big builds planned for the diary and other storylines, and I don't know how much time they will take up.

Fear not! Roman, Jordan, Hayes, and Michael are staying busy.

Jordan and Michael will be starting round two of their drafts from Roman's presence upgrade. Hayes and Jordan have some plans for gym-time and just hanging out.

I'll try to keep posts going as time permits.

Please leave me a comment if you have any questions about what's going on. I love your feedback and answering your questions is a lot of fun!

Thanks!

COUNTING THE DAYS by Cindi Curtis

Up early today. Hair and makeup already done, but not yet dressed for today’s Teams meetings. But I couldn’t walk past this sunrise without stopping to breathe it in. There’s something about the light just before the day begins that makes me want to pause, reflect, and remember what’s good.

Yesterday feels like a dream. When I asked Michael to come to Colorado for Thanksgiving, I thought pressing the call button would be the hardest part—and it was.

Funny how a few seconds of courage can change everything. The conversation itself was easy, comfortable, even joyful. For once, I wasn’t frozen by that old familiar anxiety. It wasn’t the paralyzing kind that takes my breath away; it was the normal kind—the kind that means you care.

I’ve learned that healing doesn’t look like never feeling afraid again. Sometimes, it looks like pressing “call” anyway. Now, I’m counting the days until Thanksgiving—literally! I can already imagine the laughter, the coffee, and maybe even the awkward family moments Mom will cook up!

This morning’s devotional was from John 16:33—“In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

Jesus didn’t promise a life without challenges, but He did promise His peace in the middle of them. That’s the kind of peace I want to carry today—the steady, unshakable kind that reminds me fear doesn’t get the final word.

May your morning be bright, your coffee strong, and your heart light. Take heart—God has already overcome.

"Thank You" Message to Paying Supporters:

Thank you very much for your help underwriting the cost of producing AGI Stories content. You can be sure that your paid membership is valued greatly! At the time of this post, not counting hardware, AGI Stories racks up expenses of just at $100 per month.

Patreon members… You are covering a nice portion of that.

I believe most of you who help with the costs are doing so because you want to support the production process and show your encouragement. That means so much to me! I am honored and greatly moved.

While most of the content on AGI Stories is free and much of it is public, the hope is that reserving a few pictures and small sections of the post for you is a modest indication of gratitude!

Again, thank you very, very much.
