MOVEMENT THREE BEGINS—After a period of routine in NYC, it seems like a good time to recap where everyone is and what they have been doing lately. As time permits over the days to come, short updates will be shared for each of the characters.

Emma Knox lives at the Crossroads Apartments and works part time with the homeless ministry at New Hope Church. Her days have been shaped by steady routines, service work, and small reflections on growth, responsibility, and community life.

Hannah Madison also lives at Crossroads and just completed her civil engineering internship at NYC SysCo. She is in her final stretch before graduating, balancing long days at work with settling into independent life in Brooklyn.

Merritt Gray lives at Crossroads and works as an engineer with NYC SysCo. He has been focused on establishing himself professionally while navigating early-career uncertainty and relationships within the group.

Kent Marlon, now living at Crossroads after selling his parents’ Bronx house, owns and operates Marlon Electric. He continues to take on paid electrical work while volunteering frequently with Habitat Housing and the Stop-Gap Homes initiative.

Noah Vale lives at Crossroads and works as an EMT with an ambulance service. His schedule is irregular, shaped by emergency calls, but he remains closely connected to the group.

Izzy Duffy, a resident of Crossroads, is a licensed social worker who plays a central role in the Stop-Gap Homes program, helping families transition from homelessness into temporary housing and longer-term stability.

Addison Magee lives at Crossroads and works at the Crossroads of History Theater as both an actor and the show’s director, balancing creative leadership with daily operations.

Jacob Brown, also living at Crossroads, works as a Genius at the Apple Store. He shifts between technical support and sales floor work and is a steady presence in group life.

Devon Collier lives at Crossroads after previously living in his car. He now works for Kent at Marlon Electric and is rebuilding stability through steady employment.

Paul Charm and Rebecca Flint live nearby in separate, side-by-side condos across the street and down the block from Crossroads. Both work for The Pay It Forward Society—Paul handling logistics and leadership, Rebecca managing technical systems and data—serving as the connective thread between missions and the team.

Shay Ryder lives in the East Village on Bank Street and works with Habitat Housing. She coordinates projects, connects volunteers, and supports initiatives like Stop-Gap Homes.
