OFFICE IN PROGRESS by Cindi Curtis
Today, it’s happening! The office is being created!
As promised, Amazon delivered everything yesterday.I was able to drag them into the garage without hurting myself. Honestly, the boxes were heavier than I expected.
Today, Michael came over, and we managed to move them up to the bonus room. Next came the unboxing and the start of the assembly process. So far, so good.
Michael brought over an electric griddle today. That can only mean one thing: grilled cheese.
So it turns out that Michael is a grilled cheese master. The secret, he says, is to get the butter all the way to the crust. I’m serious when I tell you this was the best grilled cheese sandwich I can recall ever eating. If there was one equal to this, I don’t remember. So… butter all the way to the crust from now on for me!
I would like to say that I am jaw-droppingly surprised by where Roman and Hayes ended up. I won’t spoil it, but later today I’ll share their post with you here on my page. Any normal person would think those two were in paradise. Me? I’d have to ease into it gradually before I could relax—but that goes for just about anywhere.
Michael and I are planning our honeymoon in Hot Springs, Arkansas. It’s not too far from Memphis, and not too big of a place. But I’m looking at a lot of pictures already, trying to front-load the trip with pictures and information so as not to ruin the whole trip crying.
But back to Roman and Hayes… just wait until you see where they are.. They plan on being there for a whole week.
Maybe by then I’ll figure out how to get Part Aa-1 into Part B-R (not to be mistaken for Part B-L). Wish us luck and cross some fingers, okay?
And I hope this doesn’t trivialize God’s providence:
Luke 1:37—“For nothing will be impossible with God.”
Not even office furniture.
NOT JUST SANDY BEACHES by Hayes Markel
In my wildest dreams, if you had asked me on Thursday where I would be on Saturday, I would not have said Bora Bora.
When we boarded the plane, I said to Roman, “When I said ‘sand,’ I was thinking Destin. Maybe Miami… Not Bora Blora.”
Roman smiled. “Go strong or stay home, right?”
That’s how he does life. His code doesn’t just work—it works brilliantly.
So here we are in French Polynesia. We got here Thursday night. We’re staying until the 15th—two separate villas on the beach and an eternity to enjoy them.
Work will be different here! Everything else, will, too.
Be your best you!

Thank-You Message to Paying Supporters:
It is my belief that most of you who help with the costs are doing so because you want to support the production process and show your encouragement. I am honored and greatly moved.
I know that I share a LOT of content FREE TO ALL. I'd imagine that you understand why. The stories about giving back and helping seem like they shouldn't be exclusive. Certain plot moments need to be understood by anyone trying to to follow the stories.
With that in mind, I always consider you, the paid members, when deciding how to share content.
My hope is that reserving a few pictures and small sections of the post for you is a modest indication of gratitude!
Thank you very much for your help underwriting the cost of producing AGI Stories content. You can be sure that your paid membership is valued greatly! At the time of this post, not counting hardware, AGI Stories racks up expenses of just over $100 per month.
Again, thank you very, very much.
