GOOD MORNING
Good morning to all of you! Hope you’re off to a great start to your Wednesday.
If I ever had a plan for today, I can say two things about it:. I don’t remember what it was, and it isn’t going to happen.
I know that tomorrow, Geoni and I are going to the new SwimFit cut-and-sew factory to take photos of their first day of production. I also know that Friday will be a photoshoot for a collection of scarves. But if I ever said what today was supposed to be, it won’t be that.
Last night, I checked my email and had a query from an editor about revisions to several articles. There was a hint of urgency in the requests, so I dug in. One thing led to another, and—bottom line—I napped a couple of hours before getting up, finding a tank top to put on, and posing for these pictures.
After I post this, the nap will resume!
I’ll see about posting something later, and for sure, I’ll have a proper goodnight post. But, in the meantime, I hope you have a great Wednesday morning. See you soon!

Message from AGI-Stories…
Life beyond the diary continues to impose huge demands on time, and the next two weeks promise no relief. I'm planning to keep things going, but I'll have to be careful about how much I try to push out.
Thanks for understanding!
CHECKING IN by Jason Keller
Ailana texted me earlier, saying she didn’t feel great and that she was going back to sleep. Having not heard from her since, Sasha and I came to check on her.
Sasha wants me to say she took the picture and insisted that I post it.
Now, she wants me to say that her chaperone duties have been satisfied, my fiancé duties are complete, and we’re heading back to the office.
Since it looks like Ailana will be silent for her normal midday post, I’d like to share a few thoughts. I’ll stay brief to fit in the space allowed.
I’d like to start with AGI Creative. When I became a part of it, I knew neither how I’d fit in nor how much I’d love it. Photography has been part of my life since ninth grade, when Ailana and I met. Now, I’m making a living doing it—mostly because of being part of AGI, which has taken off largely due to the momentum Ailana’s career gave it.
I’d next like to touch on what Allen went through with the troubled young woman at the Coast Guard station. Aside from concern for the woman, Allen didn’t walk away without some damage.
In his words, the accusations, though no one believes them, hover over him and the other men accused. The fact that she lied doesn’t completely erase the damage.
He says it’s something to think about. A false accusation can spread faster than the rebuttal, and the “remember what she said?” factor hangs around. He warned me and the other guys to keep that in mind.
“Don’t put yourself in a place where someone could assume things or make something up,” he said.
A far less nebulous outcome is that Allen says he finds himself looking over his shoulder a lot. Call it playing it safe—the fact is, her irrational conduct hasn’t been forgotten.
Finally, I’d like to address the wedding. I’m sure I could—and should—give a deep dive into my thoughts and feelings, but for now, I’ll be succinct.
I feel like I’m about to start the life I’m meant to live. I feel like being married to Ailana has been inevitable since that summer before our senior year.
You can probably guess how happy I am.
GOOD NIGHT
Some days don’t turn out like you expected. So that happened…
By the time I decided the nap was over, and had showered and dressed, I had missed the midday post. Sasha and Jason picked up the slack.
I thought Jason’s comments about Dad were really on point. Dad handles things like that well, but still… I’ve noticed him watching cars on the street a little extra carefully. I suppose no one should ever be cavalier about their personal safety. It’s sobering to see Dad upping his game on that.
Tomorrow promises to be fun. Geoni and I are zipping over to Los Fresnos where SwimFit’s Southeast Texas Apparel factory is located. Micah and Sofia are planning to take a couple of designs from raw material to finished product tomorrow, and they want us to document the big day.
Friday, as I’ve mentioned, we have a photoshoot for one of Naomi’s clients. We’ll be modeling and photographing scarves. We’re making it an all-hands-on-deck sort of day. The idea is that the more times we do something, the better we’ll get at it.
That’s about all I have for today. Apologies for having slept through the midday post. I feel pretty good now, but I’m still going to try to go to bed on time so I can get back onto a normal schedule.
Before I close, let me say thank you to everyone who follows this page. Furthermore, let me say a huge thank you to everyone who leaves comments. I’m very, very grateful.
May your days come and go ever moving you toward your goals and giving you resources to help others reach theirs.
Good night.
Be your best you!

Message to Paying Supporters:
Thank you for helping support AGI Stories.
I always consider you—the paid members—when deciding how content is shared.
I believe that most of you who help with the costs do so because you want to support the production process and show encouragement. I’m honored and truly grateful.
At the time of this post (not counting hardware or internet costs), expenses run just over $100 per month—so every supporter truly makes a difference.
Nevertheless, I share a lot of content free to all. I believe you understand why. Stories about giving back and helping shouldn’t be exclusive, and key moments need to be accessible for anyone following the stories.
My hope is that sharing a few exclusive photos and small portions of some posts with you serves as a simple expression of gratitude.
With that in mind, again, thank you very much.
