GROWING TOGETHER by Naomi Prior

Good afternoon. I’m at the indoor pool at a fitness center near our home in Hinsdale. I’m waiting for a lane to open, and then I plan to swim enough laps to justify calling this productive.

A Journal reader made a SPECIAL REQUEST for my side of the story about how I’ve been using AGI Creative Group as my business develops.

I’ve known Ailana since 2016. From 2020 through 2024, she was one of my primary models—dependable, adaptable, and very good at understanding what a client needed, even when the client was not good at explaining it.

Over the past year, I’ve been building what has been called the “needed it yesterday” side of Prior Talent Group. Companies increasingly want complete campaigns on short notice. They need models, photographers, clean contracts, consistent quality, and finished images delivered quickly—preferably before they admit that they failed to plan.

AGI Creative has grown alongside that effort. I first called because I trusted Ailana. Then I learned I could trust the group. Jason and Geoni handle photography. Sasha understands production. Jasmine coordinates talent. Their models work fast without treating speed as an excuse for careless work.

Rapid response only works when the finished product still looks intentional.

I hope to keep growing this part of the business. AGI is the first creative group I count on when an opportunity arrives with a short clock. I also work with one group in Boston that can deliver when AGI is unavailable. Between those two teams, I have a foundation I can build on.

This is a significant growth point for me. Prior Talent Group has always been deliberately small, stable, and careful. Now I’m learning how to expand without losing those qualities.

I’m very optimistic.

A lane just opened, so I should stop discussing growth and go swim in a straight line for a while. Thank you for asking for my side of the story.

GROWING TOGETHER by Naomi Prior. Good afternoon, Naomi. Thank you so much for your post. Your name is frequently mentioned in Ailana's Journal, naturally sparking curiosity among those who read closely. I'm not sure I actually knew the name of your company before this. So, thanks for that. It seems to me the partnership is working and both companies are growing. Also thank you for your earlier post, yourself and your husband. Thank you for this update. I look forward to more posts in the future. Good bye.
