This time I disclose the idea behind the tuning of the NH1n a bit more in detail by demonstrating the difference between studio and living room mode and how they compare to their speaker counterparts. I also switch through all 4 modes to give you some better idea about the actual differences between them all.

you had in the past a website that you have upload all samples so we can compare with any other samples (for example speakers) is it still exists ? or this is dead ?

It is dead, but I am going to prepare a new one with all headphones that I can get. It will be for enthusiast level only, as it's very time consuming to capture all headphones with different music etc.

KH80s sound much more neutral in your smaller room overall

In fact, I like the way how they sound here just with a bit too Mich upper bass.

Would be great if you add the speakers sample as well like it used to be.. It was a valuable feature that allows us to compare everything.. 🙏

At 12:07 the Austrian software was trying to take control 😂

Wow, it's getting hard to tell the difference between the original track and the studio mode. The difference is very subtle only in the high I can tell, but overall it's getting almost identical to the original track. Amazing job sir Olaf! It almost getting perfect as transparent and raw as it gets. 🫡

The listening lounge mode is smooth too.. The boombox mode is not bad at all, it have a nice bass rendering and gives exitement to the sound overall perfect for a bass head like me😆😆. Not just like in other headphones that's a mess and compromise the rest of the frequency..

MMMM

The spectrum will shift because of the room as you know. Different placement, different effect of the room. :) Let’s go. 🚀 I’m listening to the first sample, the studio - so nice. I would say they sound better than the speakers, because of the control of acoustics in the headphones. The living room, I think sounds great, maybe my favourite so far. But it’s on my headphones which I eq’ed with the stock equaliser.
