Oggi faremo un pò di lavoro aerobico con Tapisroulan,Spinning simulando un pò di salite e discese, Squat alla pressa, con i pesi, ed il consueto Stretching e Relax.

Abbigliamento scelto da CELESTINO che aveva vinto un gioco dell' Outfit della diretta del venerdì, ma che non era poi arrivato in tempo a rispondere quale abbigliamento indossare.

ed ha scelto il BODY che mi aveva regalato ROB qualche mese fa.
