Hi Flo as you can see I’m back and doing my best to keep up I have just did this one and absolutely loved it such a beautiful scene. Be nice to sitting by the sunset with a glass of champagne and strawberries how nice would that be preps in another life I have posted it on Instagram I have also done the candle and the boat in the rebate which I found quite taxing would love your feedback if you get time to look glad to be back on board looking forward to your next one thank you so very much truly appreciate your time and effort. Xx

Deborah Walker

I was so excited to do this, however at about 3:40 into the tutorial, where you draw the horizontal line, for the water, why when I go to fill, it fills the whole page. I often have this issue. What am I doing wrong please?

Art with Flo

You probably need to adjust your fill threshold. Try dragging your pen to the left when dropping in your color

Art with Flo

Ah yes, it would be great to enjoy a glass of champagne sitting by a sunset :) I saw your works on Instagram, you're doing great!

Deborah Walker

perfect Flo! Thank you! That was exactly the issue! 💋💜

MC

Thanks, I also had the same issue. Just curious as to what is different from what you did? Is it a setting or does it just remember/use the last "fill threshold"?

Deborah Diedricks

Great tutorial. Very happy with the results. Thank you Flo

BTS

Thanks for the great tutorial 💜

Susan Carpet

Thank you for this great tutorial, Flo! It was fun to do and such a pretty result!

Tara Sike

Love love your tutorials!!! Can we get more tutorials on objects like a lollipop or something! I love your tutorials on realistic looking things like the banana or lips cherries

Art with Flo

A lollipop is a lovely idea, I'll be sure to do more objects :)

Joanna M. Rives

Hello Flo, i am new and would to know hoe to setup the canvas, download the colors and chose the brushes. Can you please point me to a tutorial that can help me jump start. Many thanks and I absolutely love this community and enjoyed all drawing so far. All the best

Ed Breedon

Having problems after I draw my line and it straightens on a new layer and the new color I try to drag the color to the bottom of the canvas . It fills the entire canvas not the half like yours . Why the tap to straighten the line ? Its staightens by its self . Is there a setting thats on from a previous project causing problems ?

Art with Flo

I tap to make it a perfectly horizontal line. If you're having trouble filling a shape, try adjusting the fill threshold by dragging your pen to the left when filling.

Ed Breedon

I've done that and see the color threshold per cent change . I tried 50 per cent and it still fills the entire page . I've tried less than 50 per cent and it still fills the entire page .

Art with Flo

And have you tried dragging it almost all the way to 1%?

Ed Breedon

I tried on another canvas and it worked with just trying to fill in a circle . when I try on the sunset it fills up the entire screen

Art with Flo

The only reason I can think of is that there must be a gap on the left or right

Ed Breedon

Some how I think there is a gap . After drawing a line across the page I draw vertical lines down . It fills ok till the very left . When I try to fill the last box it fills the entire page

Ed Breedon

That was it . You need to make the canvas smaller . Then make sure you drag the pen starting from little outside the left part of the canvas all the way to the right
