The last arc with Ahsoka and the sisters were originally going to be a bit different. When they storylined the arcs that never got produced when Disney bought Star Wars, Ahsoka was going to meet a young scoundrel named Nyx who she became romantically involved with, otherwise the storyline would've been pretty much the same. They changed it to two young girls later because they wanted Ahsoka to connect with other women instead of men, since almost the whole army consisted of men. The sisters also gave Ahsoke perspective on the Republic in a way that Nyx never could. But it's quite sad since the original voice actor of Nyx thought that he was going to be a member of the Star Wars cast. He was apparently never informed of the changes and about three weeks before season 7 premiered, he made a Facebook post, talking about his pride of being the first asian love-interest in Star Wars and how much it meant to him as an asian boy. The storyline of the Bad Batch-arc is pretty much the same but Echo didn't choose to join them at the end. They also wouldn't have left before the ceremony, and the concern about Echo being alive was taken more seriously in the final one than in the unfinished one. Padmé and Anakin's scene was also something that was added later, since Dave Filoni felt that he needed one last scene of them together, showing Anakin's concern for Rex and how important Padmé was for his mental health during the later stages of the war. The unfinished one also contained a gag where Anakin noticed a thirst-paint of Padmé on the nose of The Bad Batch's ship. Hunter says someting like: "That's our girl, the Naboo senator. We check her out on the holoscans." And Wrecker says: "Yeah, she can "negotiate" with me anytime". But since Padmé barely makes an appearence in season 7, Filoni felt that it was wrong for that to be among the limited ways in which she was portrayed. I also find it interesting that you brought up that the Separatists didn't care about the environment and the local population of the planets when we've seen the Republic make a giant crater on a planet, awakening a sleeping animal believed to be the last of it's kind (if you remember), aswell as fighting the locals on Geonosis and Umbara. In the training episode, Echo was the one who always repeated orders, something which annoyed the others and gave him his name. He was also placed at the station on the Rishi Moon which blew up when Hevy sacrificed himself in season 1, and was the only survivor of his squad along with Fives. I commented in your last reaction to revisit season 3, episode 19 around the 19-minute mark to see what happened to him at the citadel.

This arc was definitely better than the first one in Season 7. I agree with your point about remembering the clones; I know exactly what you mean, especially with such a long time in between, like the year you mentioned. I'm really looking forward to your reaction to the season finale, Abby. They truly went all out for that finale!

You are not the only one, I also struggle to remember what each clone did and who is who... Even though I was never fully fond of the clones in general, as most star wars fans are, I give the bad batch series a double thumbs up! It is so bittersweet; I am soooo excited for your reaction to the last arc but at the same time it's sad it will be your last clone wars upload :( What a ride it has been though :')

We're in the Endgame now.

Can't wait for the finale and I recommend watching The Bad Batch after Tales of the Jedi.

It has been an emotional rollercoaster of a ride 😂🩷

My favorite thing is that Anakin does avenge both Echo and Fives, he kills commander Fox, who took out Fives, and he killed Wat Tambor, who turned echo into an android
