I love how the shipwreck challenge is basically hard manual labor and it shows you how hard that is making these top tier athletes sweat HARD. Gotta respect those blue collar/manual labor people its a hard job. It also builds your body like crazy for example Manny Pacquiao is 46 and before being a boxer he worked in construction and it shows in his strength he was putting in work. Its why when they do the next physical 100 I want them to add farmers and blue collar workers next specifically athletes with manual labor backgrounds.

The hubris some people have when it takes to lifting heavy... why would u overestimate your strength? Play smart and ask for help. Now because of your ego you standing there panting and losing time.. Also factor in the amount of damage u recieve when u lift object that doesnt have proper weight displacement. U asking for Hernia, herniated disc or broken back. I know they buff! but i've seen so many guys with this mindset resulting in life threatening damages.

If you were a PD and pulled a stunt like that on a major show, you’d never get another big project again. There are plenty of PDs in Korea who disappeared for doing stuff like that in the past. These days, PDs working on big shows don’t take those kinds of risks anymore. There are too many people on set watching everything — including the cast.
