Drey

We need 5 episodes a week!😂(for the ppl who can’t take a joke don’t even respond)

Conk

So, you don't want 5 episodes a week? 🙄

kingBD

😈we got em

Drey

Every joke got some truth to it😂(GIMME THE WHOME SHOW)

PJ Rivera

Roshi seeing the vision Silo is peak

Jamaal Ellison

Oh, word. I guess I need to get serious about catching back up.

Jamaal Ellison

Requesting For All Mankind on Apple TV. In an alternate timeline in 1969, Soviet cosmonaut Alexei Leonov becomes the first human to land on the Moon. This outcome devastates morale at NASA but also catalyzes a U.S. effort to catch up. With the Soviet Union emphasizing equality by including a woman in subsequent landings, the United States is forced to match pace, equally training women and ethnic minorities (who historically were largely excluded from the initial decades of U.S. space exploration). Pushed by higher competition, the Soviet and other blocs favor more competent leaders, modernizing earlier and on more rational ground. With sustained investments in technology, a broad, sustained, and global technological race takes place, with a wide range of dramatic civilian effects, such as early civil rights, electric vehicles, civilian fusion power, controlled CO2 production, and no climate crisis. Each subsequent season takes place about a decade later, with season two taking place in the 1980s, season three taking place in the 1990s, and season four taking place in the 2000s. Ronald D. Moore explained how historical reality had been different from the series: "Sergei Korolev was the father of the Soviet space program; in our reality, he died during an operation in Moscow (in 1966) ... And after that point, their Moon program really never pulled together.... Our point of divergence was that Korolev lives, ... and he made their Moon landing happen."

Bskii

I think season 2 is the reason why people say its mid tbf lmao

Jacob Livingston

How can people possibly call this show mid 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ both seasons are great.

Jack in the box.

I just noticed that the cover art for silo is a staircase and not a sun hat, smh.

Devin Eleven

I love the show but the pacing of season 2 was infuriating. Don't get me wrong I love long shows. LOST is one of my favorite shows.

Divinerights

Idk. I had fun watching the show but something holds me back from calling it a great show. In a sense, it doesn’t feel like a prestige show. Maybe it’s the quality, the writing, maybe the acting. I’m not sure.

Devin Eleven

Absolutely love this show. I wouldn't say mid but................................................................................ Season 2's pacing was a bit tooo slow. I'm all for building out characters relationships and motives and world building and background stuff but my god some of it was at a snails pace.

jordany

Patrick will come back into the picture episode 6 or 7. After episode 6 it goes places you didn't think and its really good. Looking forward to Season 2!!

cornett0

Sisu 2 is out btw guys

PetersThimble

Its bc of s2 Roshi, y'all just aren't there yet. I personally wouldn't call this show mid, but it's very understandable when you watch it in totality. Edit: Y'all cannot read for the life of you. Where in my statement did i say s2 was bad? This is exactly why no one can have a discussion online anymore bc yall lack any sense of nuance. i can personally like the show and see why someone else may have issues with it

Neji Hyuga

Season 2 is still good lmao what

Lash

Patrick is not dead. When the lady said that Patrick didn’t deserve to die she said that bc she knew Jules saved him. Also when sims was saying talking to his shadow candidate he said he fucked up with Patrick Kennedy. The fuck up was the fact that he wasn’t able to kill Patrick since Jules got to him first

Zigon Reacts

I will say that there is a section in S2 that could have been paced a lot better. Part of this I believe had to do with Actor protest that happened in CA which slowed down production to a halt, at one point which seemed like the show was about to be canceled. Now, the info revealed in the latter half of the season and how the episodes melded together saved the grueling week to week wait for the episodes, IMO. Still has me thinking about what season 3 will bring

naa

Ok maybe I’ll catch up on the other episodes

Jacob Livingston

Season 2 was slow but still good tv. Season 3 is going to be incredible

Jacob Livingston

Wait til you finish season 1, you will change your mind. Gets better and better each episode once you start learning new things.

Divinerights

Oh I’ve seen all of season one. It’s two I haven’t watched yet

kaywafua

it’s not lost on me that in this hierarchy/caste system, which is represented by the floors and stairs that happen to resemble a dna structure, who gets in a relationship and who procreates is sanctioned. not entirely sure of the analogy but it def plays into themes of classism and eugenics

Ron

She wasn't saying that he died, she said he didn't deserve to die for something he didn't do

Imari

S2 is literally great idk what you’re on about

PetersThimble

Did...you read what i said? I just said i wouldn't call it that; yall are defending some stance I didnt even have. I said it's understandable ppl would say that in totality. s2's pacing is very off - just read other comments for why ppl may have a difference in opinion.

Daniel Martins

Exactly, if they had pinned it on him he would've been killed (by being sent out to clean).

Daniel Martins

Also planting the evidence to incriminate him in the wrong apartment.

Sekraan

I agree. S02 was less enjoyable than S01 for me and it's partially down to pacing, as well as some other aspects. It still wasn't bad by any means. I just found it somewhat disappointing in comparison.

Ny

I wonder if they notice this is the mother from Dune. I saw this before dune so it was an adjustment to see her on screen with the creepy voice lol

ohsponge

S2 IS PERFECT lalalalalala

Devin Eleven

Yes! The Final couple episodes of season 2 got me realllly hyped for Season 3. I so badly wanted to see the very next episode😂

A L

Do you guys recognize the lady playing Walker? That's Kendall, Roman and Shiv's mom.

David James

Season 2 had a better critical reception overall. Let them form their own opinions.

Drey

Yeah season 2 felt like we got info but it was slow progression.

Drey

Nah pacing but other than that

John Fleming

Ayo theory. Every actor you recognize got an episode limit because of budget. I think Common and Furgeson might end up the only permanent big actors. Common is producing the show so he probs just working for free cus he loves the script🤣

Jay

Lupa saying Damn double homicide was funnier than it needed to be lol let me find out Lupa watches Joline’s cabaret/ Baddies I would pay good money to watch that PEAK entertainment…

Hunter

I didn’t even notice that lmao

A L

Yeah, the first time I watched it was driving me nuts why she seemed so familiar, so looked it up on IMDB. She's got fantastic range.

Jake McGrevey

Where do we recommend shows? I've just been watching 'The Mayor Of Kingstown' and it would be such an enjoyable to show for them to react to

KalkiTheEternity

Lupa called that nigga a “usurper” LMAO.

GrayStark

The Expanse / Black sails Keep em on your radar!

fatJahorse

Just saying the names of the show in the comments like here, or the 'Missing Reactions Master Link' post is usually enough. If enough people request it, then Roshi and co might add it to their schedule. E.g., people have been asking for Silo reactions for a while.

Ser Dweeb

Just noticed that Juliette is Paul’s mom from Dune

Drewb

wish they had a voting thing sometimes like on discord on patreon. plus helps to stop some of the constant comments recommending shows they already watched or for sure would not like.

Marty Drummond

Please react to it's always sunny in Philadelphia

GuntherBv

It’s not the type of show they wanna react to

Lux Divinum

yoooo I'd kill for them to watch The Expanse

Ivan Šlogar

Yo, you guys seemed to be confused about the Patrick Kennedy situation. Here's how I understood it, and hopefully I'm right: 1. The apartment where both Marnes and Sheriff went to see him, where the stuff was planted, AND where Sheriff met the judicial guy who was killed, is all in the old apartment where he used to live when his wife was alive, which is now inhabited by the elderly couple. 2. The sheriff escorted Kennedy to safety. 3. The secretary said that Kennedy wasn't a nice person, but he didn't deserve to die for something he didn't do, so she was happy/okay with him not being killed in that case. 4. The address that the Sheriff gave to the chief deputy is the one where everything from point one happened, hence why he said "I think the address may have been wrong".

lackingnames

What other actors other than Ferguson, Common, and the guy that played Marnes are even somewhat expensive/big names?

TedFaroSucksSoFuckingMuch

Hellou,if you’re open to it, could you react to Heartstopper? It’s a very wholesome story about friendship, young queer love, and self-discovery, and it has such a comforting vibe. It’s based on graphic novels and books

HBK713🏄🏾‍♂️

Common gave homie the royal rumble clothesline elimination death to advance to Wrestlemania 🤣 🤣

Jevon

yes the expanse

jahara daughtry

She wasn’t saying he died lol she was just saying he didn’t deserve to die for something he didn’t do. Meaning she’s glad Juliet got to him before judicial. I think y’all just over thought it lol

Orion Ship

I'd lose my shit for that Expanse reaction

maui

yea thats why I started watching, glad I did, this show is gas

Has Noname

Damn, y’all. Is The Expanse really that good? I’ve heard nothing but praise lol

Disoma

The show is really really really good but the books are so much better. They've adapted 6/9 of the books and I've give anything for them to adapt the last 3.

Orion Ship

Honestly yeah bro. Beginning to end they were cooking on that show

returntolife

I love S2 but it’s SO DARK! Like I kept turning my brightness up and sometimes it was so dark I couldn’t see LOL

Delinda Arts

Yo…niggas don’t be keeping right when they on the stairs and that shit bothers tf outta me lmao

Alvin Ng'ang'a

For a second I thought he was going for a sparta kick.

Pop n Lock

he likes to trauma dump all of his victims

ManoLeBanano

i like to convince myself her accent shifts due to the silo being a mixing pot for cultures and ethnicities so it would actually make sense for her to shift between them. then there's their own "accents" as bottom feeders or up toppers

hyakimaru dono

Go to thr community section and add the name in one of the group names related to thr show you want.... leave it here and it won't count when it's time to poll

hyakimaru dono

Bad advice lol, people might write it here but they only pick shows from the community chats

fatJahorse

Huh, I haven't heard of this. If this is actually true, then they should probably announce it, so more people know that they only take into account suggestions from Community Chat instead of here 🤷‍♂️

Jamaal Ellison

Yo, why is this secretary getting so much leeway? It's really bothering me. We've had one scene too many of her being completely insubordinate and combative. The fact she hasn't been told to just be a secretary and do her job is kind of annoying me.

jim shields

here you can clearly see how even Bernard is mentally stunted. One of the things I noticed quickly about the people in the silo is just how limited they are in their knowledge and social skills. Bernard has been raised since a kid to do his job and all he sees are numbers and stats. His social skills are almost non-existent. Everything is a math problem. And if you follow the rules all will be well. Only his rule book is different that the one they show the public. "The pact" is a lie. "The order" is the real rulebook.
