Man. I'm tempted to just wait until the whole season drops then binging it. Cause it's waiting week to weak shit is for the fucking birds. I was one of the main niggas saying it was slow and boring. Like sheera said, the Goverment of Silo is lying about the truth and if people find out different truth spread out, the people will start to be suspicious. We literally have people who say we didnt land on the moon because they dont trust our goverment... people are dumb but they are also a dangerous.

Sheera ik ur trynna keep an open mind and make them look like villains but we as humanity are always curious creatures. There is a very high chance there is a reason as to why they probably started taking away certain books. Remember, there has already been a rebellion in the Silo before, they constantly mention it and how some changes began after it or wtv. They are already showing them the outside, they have been showing them how toxic it is by purposely using bad tape to have people die in sight. They used to have people who kept all of history(flamekeepers) too but im sure thats part of the reason why a rebellion broke out. As bad as it sounds, our curiosity is both one of our best parts but also one of our deadliest parts that lead us to chaos sometimes.

Being sceptical is one thing but to not believe it now, especially with the knowledge we hold in our hand. Without google i can give exampels how u, the average person can find out. 1. Mirrors on the moon placed by apollo, shooting a laser and it will bounce back 2. Big personal telescope will show u the stuff left behind (flag, rover, shuttle) 3. The landing sites are also visable with a telescope. 3. The Rock sample from the moon actually showcasing elements that we speculate it was and we were correct. (It's parts of the earth) Perhaps the third is difficult to examen yourself. But u get it.

Part of the reason the nation was founded was that we didn't like being told what to do. Instead, it's the people living at the bottom, who are working the hardest, who are stirring up the most trouble. Of course, they'd want to leave. Lies are easier to swallow than the truth. The government has to be lying about the world being safe because the truth of it being uninhabitable is far too sad. i feel like anyone defending judicial and the mayor are people who trust the government now. you can’t strip hope or curiosity from human beings. it’s innate. yeah some might not be curious but it’s human nature so most are. we’re more resilient then we get credit for. if they were honest from the beginning things wouldn’t have turned out how they did. i don’t think seeing the world destroyed means there’s no hope. if you keep the human race alive eventually we might be able to go back out in the future. either way i don’t think everyone would off themselves and there would be anarchy. i think there’s anarchy when people are lied to and manipulated. honesty goes a long way. and i’d like to say most people have self preservation so they would be more understanding.
