This episode actually answers some questions even fans of the game didn't have answers to. For one, Vault-Tec being behind the bombs was a drastic departure from the in-game lore. We assumed they were changing it up to make it interesting but now it makes sense that it was a red herring all along. But also, Robert House wasn't exactly a villain in the game either. His quest line was more like a "True Neutral" run where order and the status quo are preserved. So off the rip it was weird that the marketing was painting him as the big bad. From here on out is new territory for all of us, which is great.

I think ghouls would fare well against head explosion chips. Also, imagine a death claw with a chip, or an army of them. We thought the true evil in this show was capitalism, but it seems its actually just technology and hunger for power itself. I can totally see the final battle being a bunch of deathclaws with chips on them vs an army of power-suits.

It's likely he doesn't. I think all of the people in Vault 31 were junior executives who didn't have much intel. Only one that does said he just happened to know because he delivered lunch to certain people. But either way, we also can't forget that Vault 33's water pump isn't working anymore, so even without the FEV stuff going on Vault 33 is on borrowed time.

Wild theory that the lady who fell down and cooper helped up will be the unknown person that drops the bombs. Wild I know but she is done with these corporations around the world and what they might do so what if she somehow finds a way to drop the bombs on these corporations which in turn ends the world.

Possible spoilers: Thats already in the games lol a faction called the enclave(the scientist guy who was carrying cold fusion group in S1) managed to control deathclaws using it. There was a random wastelander who was able to control feral ghouls and super mutants with mind control chips as well so it very much works on mutated physiology with the same issues too heads exploding with too much power

There is a lot of focus on that woman and this theory comes from house telling cooper that the date changed by a month because of cooper being in New Vegas. I’m positive House would have accounted for Cooper having “that talk” with his wife but I don’t think he accounted for that moment where cooper helped a woman that no one else thought to do.

Im pretty sure theyre setting up his wife to be evil, then we got the one employee who take his job too serious with norm, then step obviously up to bs, adn ets not even talk about that mfk hank. Not really. The hard part is surviving the bombs being dropped. Afterwards there was time enough for Barb and Cooper to some how find each other, and then Barb managed to get Janey and take her to the shelter in Vegas.

Theory: Barba is an Enclave spy who is in MAD DEEP Cover to the point of having getting married, having kids, and being a big part of vault tec. Ngl we haven't seen a SINGLE super mutant so that also makes me think. . . What if we get some Master mentions like from Fallout 1? Or even a fight between Maximus in his power armor vs an Enclave soldier in THEIR Enclave power armor or something similar to mimic the end of fallout 2? Fuck I can't wait
