Actually the game is a real game, it's called The Surge. It's kinda a scifi Dark Souls. Kinda decent. It's a German game and the studio behind the show contacted the devs and asked if they could use the game. The devs excitedly agreed to it. However it's a singleplayer game and there is no splitscreen, so the devs intentionally faked a split-screen coop scene for the show. One of the devs talked about this on reddit.

Hannah is such a scary combination of petty and vicious! I actually feel a little bad for her, in a weird way, because she seems incapable of love. She just covets. I love all of the conversations about religion, faith, and science. I like the way these themes are woven in with natural dialogue, instead of big pretentious soliloquies. Great reaction!

I feel like this is the terminator issue all over again 😵. John Connor sends Kyle Reese back in time to save Sarah which causes his birth so the future still happens anyways since he had to be there to send his father back to begin with. This is going to be an amazing series 😆

I would think more people would be looking at Katharina and Michael funny. But do a lot of people who know Mikkel well also know Michael well? Do Hannah and Ines see a lot of Mikkel? Were Ulrich and Katharina close to Mikkel in the 80s?

Sheera was correct in what she was saying she just didn't finish her thought. Younger Mikkel is there and Michael as Jonas dad is there. Once Mikkel disappears, should Michael stay alive and not hang himself? Mikkel is now going back in time to get adopted by Ines and grow into Michael so if Jonas dad doesn't kill himself what would happen?. Would time just rewrite itself and there are two Mikkels existing in the same space as being adopted by Ines and making the adult Michael have a twin brother? If Michael lives instead how does that work with Mikkel meeting Hannah and having Jonas. Its too many questions to where I don't know if Michael could have remained even after Mikkel disappeared due to this weird paradox. Thats why I think Mikkel needs to be pulled back from 1986 and not allowed to grow up in that time period.

Pausing partway in: I don't think hotel guy is Jonas only because Jonas's hair is lighter and they've been extremely meticulous about casting / styling. If anything I would say Bartosz (it's his mother's hotel after all) or an entirely separate character. That said, hair color can get darker or lighter, so who's to say, I could be wrong!
