JustThatOtherDude

They love putting heavy stuff on Left's head , huh

Alexis Peck

It's John Rabbit from Jujutsu Kaisen! He is the chosen bun.

ERRORCODE616

I don't think the angler daemon needs the old blood to make its lure look like Asa. It seems like they were just using that vial of Asa's blood to attract Left and Right because they could smell it.

Brandon Leiva

"Tiger at the front door, Wolf at the back" is unnecessarily tuff af

Sam

This show is so good, man. The ep ended before I even realised.

Isaac

Lol I watched this is dub and when Right and Left touched paws with the Cat and Dog, Left said "mah man" like he cool. I love dubs sometimes for that.

Panda

What happens with anglerfish, is that they live at such a low depth of the ocean it has a SUPER high degree of pressure and their body is built to be under that pressure. So while they are in their natural habitat they are relatively small, but they blow up multiple times their size as they raise from the depths due to the pressure getting lower and their internal body pressure causing them to expand. It's kinda fucked up lmao.

maseken

bruuuh this show is good

dawn

this does feel like a anime you'd watch growing up it has a old school feel kinda

Magnis

this show is gas

Seibahhh

same author as fma. same art, same style etc., thats why

WillGlacier

I just realized everyone has pairs of Daemons. I wonder if it has something to do with ying and yang or something else. Maybe even the twins are about ying and yang too then (since they are supposed to be all about duality of day and night)

Barbietube

Bro he fma creator knows how to make a cool ass main character, even though he's powerless he's so damn cool.

Ledish

The Japanese word for the Daemons can be translated as "Pairs" as well. Also, every episode name (and chapter name in the manga) has two names/words/phrases with "and" between.

Unknown

“Ok, so we have the introduction arc, main character being weak for now arc, finding his powers arc, training arc—“ “FUCK THAT WE START NOW!”

Mike A

They've done a really good job making all the characters fun. I feel like it's too early in the show for Yuru and Asa to join up, so I wonder how they're going to keep them apart. Based off of what little we've seen of Asa and her crew, they don't seem like bad guys so I'm sure there's some reason they merc'd that whole town.

CentipedeKid

Rabbit 273 better not let megumi find out he got a second job

TT

This rabbit or megumi's rabbit who wins

Hatty Time

The Kagemori's are criminals in normal society, but the characterizations are so fun and romanticized that they are like Yakuza Game series characters, super likable, honorable, family focused, etc.

mal

this show n Witch Hat are gonna be fuckin legendary when they’re done

Becca

Yuru's a beast, damn!

ImperialVX

Yea I thought the same thing, just using the blood vial as bait to make them come

ImperialVX

I'm also watching it in dub, it's honestly really good

vesra

I love the little detail where they made the female angler fish be the larger, imposing one with the lure while the male is smaller - just like in real life.

PWMARSH17

I am so happy to see a main character care about past death's of comrades and civilians. What a breath of fresh air that does not desensitize the audience to human casualties.

Rin Okumura

Apparently the rabbit cut on the apple is just a normal thing in Japan. They have been doing it for generations so it become a norm there.

Balenseeks

The Left got some nice titties

Wizard

Facts

Wizard

Megumi’s rabbit was lwk putting in more work I think

Brissy

This kinda reminds me of Ushio and Tora

Severus Alaerth

The "old blood" just meant that it wasn't "fresh" blood or "live" blood currently circulating in a human being, kinda like how we can differentiate newly opened soda fizz vs day old soda that's barely still fizzed (random analogy I know but that's what I could think of atm lmao)

Time Revenant

Just for context since I read it without spoiling anything every person that has a daemon has 2 , and it’s always the opposite of it or a lesser part of it like the fish (ie. The tortoise and the hare, top/bottom, left/right.

Delinda Arts

the premise/plot of this show is so intriguing I'm so locked in on how the story will progress!...I am scared though bc i feel so good about this show I really hope it doesn't sell lmao

meguminis.

it's way more than that. It's how it's a slow burn while still keeping you intrigued, compared to shows that need to pull you immediately on the first episode. It sets the premise on the first episode and develops little by little each episode.

JotaroDrake

that scene in the dark was tuff

Vinne

This whole anime season feels like this to me, we got classic fantasy a rakugo show and this it reminds me of the stuff I watched in school

YoSung

That knife was from buddy in the elevator 😭😭😂

Happy to be here

Bruh…whoever is watching dubs is really watching something else. There’s no way mouth flaps explain some of these translations. They are trash and I don’t see how it even works as localisation either because I would never watch something that has such poor dialogue. Then again, way too many people only realised GOT was trash in season 8 as if not knowing the ending somehow made the dialogue better. That show had people monologuing at each other like it just existed as acting reel for the cast. Also why is it so “how do you do fellow kids” coded?

CryptoProteges

English dubb is so much more better bro.. mad respect and love to the english voice actors

General Grevious

Imagine when this guy actually learns how to use his powers too😂

AbstractDread

I knew that rabbit seemed familiar 😂
