We’re SO close to the end! Another 2 more episodes and we made it faster than anticipated…! It’s hilarious that the “rat’s” wire-tapping cooked the villainous 2nd Bro & sister-in-law… it’s amazing that as the Kdrama went on, relationships between the mains and the sides either improved or revealed the true nature of who they are…! Haha, Jeonghyuk basically being a one man unit in screwing over the 2nd Bro’s other “security guards” to prove why he’s more reliable than the 2nd bro’s chosen security detail (and why Seri swoons over him) 😂 Oh Sheera, your questions will be answered in the VERY next episode… until then I’ll just wait until next week lol Also it’s fitting that the song Jeonghyuk played on the piano was originally for his brother, but never played it again until someone significant overheard that with plans to end her life… thanks to her, he got to play it for her with a new meaning… it also meant that he got the redemption to save someone from death by the hands of Cheol Gang…! The symbolism in this series is PEAK! 😭

She literally had a baby a few months after this drama was released. Then we didn't see Son Ye Jin in KDramas until she made her comeback after maternity leave last year when she killed it in No Other Choice

No she didn't: she and Hyunbin announced they were dating the following year, 2021, after the drama ended, and then in 2022, they got married AND then had a baby later on that year too.

Ah, my timing is off via mandella Effect. I forget since Son Ye Jin was out of the public eye for a hot minute since Crash Landing (Thirty Nine also came out, but it was a smaller scale KDrama). I just remember that there were dating rumors of them together going all the way back to The Negotiation

I get that the stepmom is remorseful for how she treated Se-ri, but she's been beefing with this girl since she was a baby, and the girl had no idea. She kind of left Se-ri to die in the elements and didn't really apologize, and then had the nerve to come to her later and ask her not to take her company public because it would have made her brothers look bad in the eyes of her husband, their father. Mind you, the amount of hard work you have to put into a company to raise it to the level where it could be publicly traded and be as successful as it is, only to have some sibling and sister-in-law try to take it from her, is infuriating.

For one with similar tight and emotional writing as this, I hope they eventually watch Lovely Runner (especially since the male lead in Lovely Runner is playing Jin Woo in the Netflix live action Solo Leveling). Similar tight writing with lots of good emotional twists

If you are looking for another great show, I really recommend The Good Bad Mother. Incredible writing, comedy, drama and action. It will really take you on a emotional rollercoaster. 🎢
