They did watch the movie roshi said a few months ago that he has a high definition file of the movie already. And he said that when he has the time for it they will watch it and once the movie comes out officially he will upload the reaction for it.

Tbh Spanish and Japanese both hold the same vowels so it’s very easy for Spanish speakers to learn Japanese and depending on how this person speaks, it could be misinterpreted as Spanish

And in season 2 when Kashaw tried to bring Vex back, the Matron shut down any attempt of that until Vax made the deal. It seems to be implied one of the Matron's domains as a god is death so it's no wonder why she's so against any possibility of skirting around the natural end of a person's life. So this situation even happening is the exception among exceptions.

That's not what I said at all I said that when roshi has the time to watch the movie. They will watch it because he already has a file for the movie and he doesn't want to constantly dodge spoilers for it. And then once the movie actually comes out officially on 25th that's when they'll upload the reaction. Because they would have already seen the movie by then.

The way I kind of interpret the curse/blessing reveal is that the Matron was prepping his body to thrive in Thar Amphala, but that causes it to hurt in the material world. Essentially having his body slowly rot while still being alive. Adapting it for a plane of death.
