btw Jin definetly wasn't holding back when the adminastrators said there was slight difference in raw talent they were talking about Han. Han is actually really strong should'nt sleep on him

I gotta admit best episode yet. Last episode was subpar to me but this made up for it. Liking the adaptation for GOH more and more compared to the TOG adaptation. Not saying one is better than the other but quality is definitely better no cap whatsoever.

They probably won't say anything about this in the anime but Jin Mori is at level 13 and Han Daewi was at like level 8 or 9 at the start of the match. During the match Daewi rose up to level 12 and Mori came up with the kick at the end after seeing Daewi's Azure Dragon attack. If it seemed like Mori was holding back it was only because Daewi was gradually getting stronger.

That's the main difference between him and Goku. Goku likes to fool around for the first half of a fight. Jin Mori gets straight to it.

The fight choreography in this episode was really bad at some points in my opinion. The animation itself wasn't bad, it's just a matter of the direction. A lot of the attacks switch from feeling like they have a lot of force behind them to almost nothing with no real reasoning. If you compared to demon Slayer or my hero academia it falls really short. You don't even have to go to the super high budget anime either. Cowboy Bebop for example has much better directed fight scenes. RWBY too. Since action is pretty much all God of high-school has going for it, that's kind of worrying. Actually this reminds me of one punch man season 2

BJJ's first step to nullify the opponent's legs, get too close to them for their strikes to build up momentum, and force their backs to be against a wall so they can't escape. You do all these by taking them to the ground, using grappling techniques usually from judo. The wall you put their backs against is the ground. The second step is to get past the opponent's legs, whether by securing the legs and getting past them to a side position and then sitting on top of them, or (if you're on the bottom) locking your legs around their waist. An Olympic shot putter can't throw very far with their knees on the ground. Same with punch-throwers, not to mention kick-throwers. Then the focus becomes to control the opponent's hands or back to end in an armlock or choke, you get the idea. BJJ just gets turned into acrobatics here, which makes me sad. Even Han Daewi takes Jin Mori to the ground more times than the BJJ guy.

Glad you guys enjoyed the fight especially the last part which by the way was how it was done in the webtoon with all the black ink and stuff but I will say they did cut half of it which was just Han dirty boxing through some of the fight, the fact that after jin mori was hit with azure dragon move Han did the first time Jin forced him to do it again because he wanted to beat and lastly most of jin mori's other techniques were taken out like in most of these episodes.

I think those attacks that looked like they had no power behind were because they didn't. It's kinda of hard to explain this theory but when She had the Megaphone and interrupted the match Jin stopped his kick so I think the choreograph it so that Jin and Dai would do that to each other to "get each other back" in a sense unless u talking about a different part in the fight then nvm or I could be completely wrong and it's bad choreography

The after credits scene was so good 😭 Having mean the Manhwa they did cut a lot of stuff but in honesty it’s justified. They need to move forward and the stuff they cut isn’t pivotal to the story. It’s nice exposition but if it lets stuff like the Jin v Daewi be longer I’m fine with it.

Around 8, I'd say. Fight animation is great here, relationships develop a little bit predictably but touching, some plot progression and hook for future.

Just in case you've never seen Fuushi Yuugi, Han's attacks are based on the Universe of the Four Gods. Genbu the Black Turtle, Byakko the White Tiger, Susaku the Red Phoenix, and Seiryu the Blue Dragon. The fact that they have different levels though.......that's interesting
