Samurai champloo rides a fine line between serious and gritty story telling, and fucking balloons

I feel like its important to mention how much of a baddy this absolute clown got as a wife

Jose silva

When code geass and slime?

Susana Canales

God this episode was ridiculous 😂 be prepared for a few more ridiculous episodes.

Wait, what? Soju is straight rubbing alcohol, sake is rice wine. Y'all trippin.

I love that this show apparently takes place after Miyamoto Musashi died, but during Oda Nobunaga's life (Musashi wasn't even born until a few years after Nobunaga died). It's like that Simpsons gag where Springfield borders four states on different sides of the country.

Hey man, they're the ones that opened up with sake is "straight rubbing alcohol". Soju is pretty similar to vodka, though it's pretty hit-or-miss IMHO... barley soju is probably my favorite of the bunch, the potato stuff just ain't for me.

Feel like they get robbed every episode lol

Hey guys I know this is a mostly anime channel but I was wondering if y’all were interested in doing some western shows as well. And potentially live action? Because I would love to see the 3 of you react to something like The Boys which is a realistic take on what superheroes would be like in our society. Love to you all

I wouldn't say a realistic take. Cause not all of them are going to be full of traumas like they are in the show lol. It would be a middle ground between The Boys and Justice League most likely. The Boys is quite devoid of hope. (the marketing side is spot on tho)

If they watched the Boys on this channel I would be a little bit too happy.

We are waiting to move to a new spot in a few weeks and plan to adjust some stuff to add live action stuff/ more western content. Sheera and I especially watch a TON of shows like The Boys, Better Call Saul etc we’d love to toss in. Gotta get Lupa caught up on S1 and 2 of the Boys and then S3 we can start!

Sake is good tho. Stuff like vodka would be more like rubbing alcohol
