A heads-up that I’ll be away on a retreat from today through February 9th. Think of it as a reset for my mind and my nervous system so I can come back refreshed and ready to support you even better!

While I’m away, my amazing virtual assistant Katerina will be around to help with anything you need. You may have met her briefly on my special guest livestream back in October, but if you haven’t she’ll be around to keep this ship sailing smoothly!
