Hey friends,

I wanted to share a membership update and a bit of behind-the-scenes context with you.

Over the past year, this Patreon space has grown into something really special. What started as a small corner for pelvic and sexual health education has grown into a thoughtful library of live demos, tutorials, and conversations that don’t always have a place on social media (or medical encounters).

Here are a few things I consistently hear from members:

💬 Many people comment on the incredible value they receive here, often noting that the cost of membership is less than a typical copay, yet gives them ongoing access to a credible, experienced pelvic health therapist at their fingertips. They appreciate having a place to learn, reflect, and ask questions without feeling rushed or dismissed.

🩵 People tell me this is the first space where they’ve felt less ashamed or embarrassed asking questions about their bodies. Many share that having clear, non-judgmental explanations has helped reduce fear and uncertainty, especially around symptoms that felt confusing or isolating.

🧠 Others say that learning here has made them feel more confident and less fearful about scheduling a pelvic floor therapy appointment, because they better understand what to expect and what questions to ask.

🗣️ I also hear from members who feel more empowered to advocate for themselves in medical care settings. They’ve shared that having language, context, and a clearer understanding of their options helps them speak up, ask for clarification, and participate more actively in decisions about their care.

This kind of feedback means everything to me.

Because the library and level of access have continued to grow, I’ll be updating the pricing for new members in the Enthusiast and Insider tiers starting February 9, 2026.

If you’re already a member, nothing changes for you. You’ll keep your current rate as a thank-you for being here early and helping build this space. 🌻

Here’s a reminder of what these tiers include:

As an Enthusiast, you get:

Monthly livestream book club discussions

Live model demos and educational videos not shared publicly

A growing library of evidence-informed pelvic and sexual health education grounded in 15+ years of clinical practice

Access to the community chat room for discussion and shared learning

Ability to submit questions for the Ask Dr. Susie G video series

Direct Patreon messaging access

This tier is ideal if you want in-depth learning, thoughtful discussion, and a supportive place to ask questions without pressure.

As an Insider, you get:

Everything in Enthusiast, plus:

Live hangouts for a more personal, interactive experience.

Guest expert livestream interviews to ask your questions in real-time.

Behind-the-scene shenanigans

Personal video vlogs

Access to my Discord server, a communication app for text, voice, and video messaging (IYKYK...this is where we hang out most often and have fun)

More frequent and personal interaction within the community

A closer, more conversational connection as this work continues to evolve

To keep this space personal, supportive, and manageable, the Insider tier is intentionally limited in size, with only 28 spots currently available.

This tier is best if you value real-time connection, ongoing dialogue, and being part of a smaller, more engaged group.

I’m incredibly grateful for this community. Your curiosity, honesty, and willingness to show up as whole humans is what makes this space what it is.

Thank you for trusting me with these conversations and with your hearts.

💛,Dr. Susie

I've never found somewhere where I could ask questions so personal and get a clinical and honest response. Thank you for this community

You have definitely provided some great insight into the issues I've been experiencing, and you also, unknowingly, helped me understand that I should not be embarrassed to discuss peeing, pooping, erections, ejaculation and even masturbation (to some degree) with my PCP, PFPT and urologist. I've been able up open up so much more, to them. (Well, the topic of masturbation is still wildly awkward, but when they ask questions, I can at least formulate sentences, rather than clam up and avoid it. But I'm getting better. It's not like they ask for details or specifics.) You're so important to me and my pelvic floor wellness journey! Thank you for everything you do!

This means a lot, Danny I’m really glad you’re opening up more with your PCP, pelvic floor PT, and urologist. The more we talk about it, the less power shame has. Thank you for letting our community be part of your journey. Keep going. 💛
