What a great set of episodes ... So, Shinji’s bankai is terrifying and is 100% canon and was revealed in the Light Novel : *Can’t Fear Your Own world*. This novel of 4 volumes was published in August 2017, it is canon and was written by Ryōgo Narita, with supervision from Kubo himself. It is a very beloved Novel because it gives some answers to some questions from TYBW arc. I can't tell you how excited i was knowing they are adapting more things from the Novel as we ve seen in these 2 episodes. Like shinji’s bankai and The little shards of visions our boy Ichigo saw in the Soul King’s Irazu Sando path are from the novel too . But I won't delve into it for now because spoilers of course and also because hearing you theorize about it is amazing To answer you interrogation, Shinji , in my opinion, couldn’t use his bankai on bambi because it’s a bankai that needs multiple people to be used against so that it will flip their perception of each other from allies to ennemies and make them slaughter each other… if he used it against bambieta it wouldn’t be very efficient and imo it would have been overkill for one person. So his shikai was the best option. Romania : Senjaku …. Me: You re almost there 🤣🤣 your JJK brain interfered here again i see 😛 it’s Senjimaru and no she is not related to Kenjaku 😁 😛... Speaking of which the paralel between Takaba and Superstar is amazing 😂 I can't unsee it now... Mayuri tortured my eyes with his fit.. again 🤣🤣 Happy pride month Captain genius Ichigo ending with 4 transparant pupils for a moment just like the soul king is terrifying.. but our boy could indeed withstand the Soul King path, memories and power.. so proud of him And so happy that Kubo gave us those additional moments, they are precious and were needed. I feel so so bad for Sajin , he is so underrated.. his utter loyality to Yamamoto, the man that gave him a place and respect when he himself was self loath was his downfall ... it's understandable that he wanted to avenge his father figure Yamamoto, but at what price.. He threw out his life and the clan Elder was all so glad to pick the ripe heart full of grief, of anger and vengeance and to trap him using the curses secret technique Kumamora deserves better, but i think his bittersweet exit was badass and perfect for his tragic character especially the call back to Tosen and his thirst for vengeance and justice Shout out to Iba for being the best and most loyal vice captain to Kumamora. we salute you sir I love the little detail of Toshiro’s voice being hollowfied during his battle with Cang Du signaling the momentary hollowification of his Bankai Speaking of voices, Bambietta’s voice actress is Ayana Taketatsu, she was the voice of Aura from Frieren I loved the reaction and discussion like every week.amazing stuff ❤️ Now onto next week and episodes 18-19

Yessss, SO happy to see Shinji use his bankai and for all that information on it; thank you! And I’ll be SUPER curious to see what gets adapted from these novels into the cours to come! And that makes sense on why Shinji didn’t use his Bankai on Bambietta; so interesting that sometimes the Shikai is the better option than the bankai! I will never get over the Takaba and Superstar parallel hahaha and ahhh, my brain with some of these nammmmeeeess haha – and Happy Pride Month, Mayuri; glad you’re repping! Still not over Ichigo with the Soul King Eyes – NOPE NOPE NOPE but yeah, at least he could withstand all that, but are we SURPRISED? Hahaha, Ichigo is the MC afterall. I do really feel for Sajin, he is SO underrated – I really liked his story and it felt over all too soon! He deserves better, but IBA – MVP indeed!! I love that he just carried Kumamora out of there. And yesss, I didn’t catch that detail with Toshiro’s hollowfied voice at first, but it’s so good! And that’s really cool about the VA for Bambietta! Thank you so much for all this information and the comment – super excited for the episodes to come!
