The studio's diabolical choice of ending with Dunn munching on Kenley makes for some very entertaining reactions :D The poster of Sharon at about 03:15 has "Tingen Charity Foundation" on it. At around 08:00, I think it'd be more accurate to split it as: Demoness Sect, Assassin Pathway, Sequence 6: Pleasure, Madam Sharon. On a related note, at around 07:55, the Saintess of White actually comments that "numbness, suppression, pain, despair" are great ingredients for Demonesses, instead of for the Witch potion specifically. I really like that Sharon is temporarily distracted by cuddling her cat when Klein's hiding behind the curtain. Sure, she might be generally terrible, but who doesn't have a weakness for adorable fluffy felines?

You have the pieces to understand what Dunn did, but none of the specifics. Not saying it, because it is major spoilers for something Klein has only discovered the first piece of so far. Also, yes, the demoness sect/assasin pathway draws in feminine non-binary people and closeted trans women like moths to a flame. The line "No one knows women better than we do," is actually a direct reference to transness, because trans women are fully aware of the discrimination and prejudices that women face from the perspective of someone who was raised in the privilege of patriarchy, and yet choose to become women anyway. Needless to say, bisexuality does run rampant as well in the sect. Given that you have a general idea of the pathway so far, I would like to hear your theories as to what the sequence 5 might be.

Hehe, what a fun episode!! Since ep 9, to me, was like “oh, I get it” about Dunn. This ep? It was like a gift from the gods. Because you know my tastes. And seeing him… this ep. Oh. I am very normal about this :D Which, speaking of eating,,, people. Mummy powder. Yghhhh. Like it’s a thing that existed IRL as well. Which uhh, FUN FACT about fun history, as I know something about the subject (for reasons). In the 12th century and continuing until as far as the 19th century, because of a translation mistake, people would misunderstand things and start grinding mummies into powder for “medicine”. Aka mummy powder of “mummia,” Or well, “common” for those who had the money for it. And it became a big part of Europe's trade with Egypt. It was at least so common that ancient tombs, etc couldn’t handle the demand, and people started to produce “false” mummies. It’s a really long history and quite gruesome. I don’t know if it was ever used for bed-related performance, or if that’s Cuttlefish’s own take on the topic. But I do know that along with medicinal cannibalism, it was also used for paint. To make a colour called “mummy brown” quite on the nose… Sharon is so fine tho; this show has many fine women. What do you mean by bisexuals' worst nightmare?!?! I have never been more glad to be a bisexual than when I’m simpering after these assassin pathway members. Since I can (and will) love them before AND after their transition. HOhoho Excited for ep 12 :DD

Sharon's sequence is actually just 'Pleasure' not Pleasure madam, another translation issue Also please do the last two episodes together, its really more of a long episode instead of two and separating them is just painful

I was actually cracking up so hard when you talked about Dunn's reaction to the BDSM stuff XD My take on the full lines of Sharon and the Saintess is they say "No one understands men better than we do, and no one understands women better than we do" As more of a statement that as people who have been both, they are the only ones who can truly understand both. Whether or not they actually do I doubt it. Seems like the people who join this pathway only understand a desire for hedonism, power, and excess... Not the kind of people who would normally display empathy. Also the "Pleasure" spell is actually a mis-sub. She's actually saying "Cacoon" in Hermes, I am pretty sure. PS Not related to LOTM, but as a new fan of yours I see you mentioning you are an English teacher? Or studied it? What are your thoughts on the "Elements of Style"? I am a writer, but I have been thinking of studying it again (last time I read it was 15 years ago) to help improve my mechanics. Is it a good foundation?

Hahaha, I’m glad y’all enjoyed my Dunn BDSM Discussion - his stone-faced reaction was so perfect in this episode! Oohh, I like that notion that they understand women because they can see from both sides, now. And great points on this pathway! Thank you for the comment and for the translation notes! Yes! I teach English (first face-to-face and now mostly online because I do other things in academia alongside it) and I definitely recommend “The Elements of Style” as a foundation, especially if you don’t feel confident with grammar and mechanics within the English language. I haven’t cracked it open in a looooonnggg time, but we did study it in Undergraduate Studies. I hope that helps! Thank you for the comment!
