Releasing 2 movies to YT featuring Pamela Reed in them in the same week was definitely not on my bingo card... 🤨

StevieWayne16

I have always loved this movie so much. Your reaction was perfect!

Bill Elliott

Omg the flight attendant is Angela Bassett!

Bill Elliott

So Linda Hunt, who played the Principal, won an Oscar for her role in the 1982 Film, “The Year of Living Dangerously”, about Sukarno’s revolution in Indonesia in the 1960s. It stars Mel Gibson and Sigourney Weaver, a great potential TW flick. There are two other incredible but little watched 1980s dramas with Oscar winning and nominated performances that you may want to add to your list, neither of which have been suggested yet, “The Killing Fields” about Cambodia during the last days of the Vietnam war and how Cambodia was affected, the actor in that film won an Oscar for that role and it was his first movie. Another one by the same director is “The Mission” starring De Niro and Jeremy Irons as a mercenary and a Jesuit priest, one of whom is trying to build a mission among the 17th century Amazon natives and the other is trying to enslave them. The score for the film is amazing, done by Ennio Morricone, whose music you will hear when you watch the “Untouchables” (yay!), soon. Long post I know….. “you eating other people’s lunches!!!!!!!!! STOP IT!”

Totally Whatever

He was hilarious in this! He worked so well with all of the little kids, too.

Totally Whatever

I'm seeing this after your post in producers. It looks like we would really like “The Year of Living Dangerously” and the others you suggest. I love the quotes you add in - 'cause we have no idea what they are, but I know we will understand them soon.

Bill Elliott

The eating other people’s lunches line was from Kindergarten Cop! When he lifts the kid up and he says the line to the kid, then the kids spits out all food all over the floor? You just watched it! My wife says I have photographic memory, I see a movie once and it’s with me forever.

Byrd N. Hand

Yes, those 2 films I became fascinated with around 20 years ago during my 'political turmoil in third-world countries' phase, which also included the more recent releases of "Hotel Rwanda," "The Last King of Scotland," and "The Painted Veil."
