Not much to say about this episode, but the song was very beautiful and the backstory was really cool to see, I wonder if we see more of Liliana in the future or not. I also think everyone started liking Priscilla a bit more thanks to this fight. She came off as pretty cocky and above everyone else before this so it's hard to not dislike her, especially when she keeps insulting Emilia especially.

That was a really sweet episode. When I first read the novels a few years ago, I didn’t really care for Liliana’s character too much, but that episode actually made me tear up. Back in the day, Liliana actually received quite a lot of hate in the Re:Zero community, but it was mostly due to the pacing issues. The scene would often switch from an arguably more interesting or exciting fight to Liliana’s backstory, which really annoyed some people. But the anime fixed the pacing issues by fitting most of the Sirius encounter into one episode. Also, the animation, music and voice acting really helped with the delivery, making most people, myself included, really appreciate Liliana. By the way, what Priscilla said after the fight implies that the Yang Sword is way stronger during the day, in broad sunlight. So the main reason why Priscilla struggled in that fight was that it happened in the nighttime.

Just a fun fact, but Liliana is actually a few years older than Subaru. She is around 21-22 years old. And I think she was around 13 when she left her parents. Yep, she totally doesn't look or act her age.
