I'm so impressed that you figured out the brother thing! 90% of reactors completely forget that we met Julius' brother in the 1st episode. He was supposed to deliver some letter regarding gluttony and we never saw him after that. That also explains why Roy knew Julius' and Ricardo's names and fighting styles. As we've now seen, not only can gluttony use the skills of the people they eat, but also their memories in order to toy with their close ones. There's an interesting detail in the dialogue after Lye eats Dynas' friend. He said "It's not your fault you couldn't protect Miriam and Meili." Meili is the name of the mabeast taming assassin girl who was working with Elsa in season 2, so it looks like she's somehow connected to Dynas. But most importantly, it looked like while you were talking, you missed a significant piece of dialogue from Al. When he warned Capella about the trap and she told him to just use it, he said something like: "Are you sure? You could die for real, you know? Dying hurts and it's scary, especially the first time." I wanted to make sure you caught that, because it's pretty damn strange and familiar. He also said something like "Even if I died a hundred deaths, I wouldn't be able to beat you" and later, after Anastasia said she was surprised that he came out unharmed after the building collapsed, he said "I think I secretly got crushed about three times, though."

I think it's probably important to keep in mind the humble nameless mage that Gluttony here describes. I feel like they wouldn't drop something like that in here without any reason. There has to be more to that than we currently know. I find it kinda weird that Al here makes fun of dying, saying stuff like "Dying hurts, and it's scary, y'know. Especially the first time" or that "I think I secretly got crushed about three times, though". I think he actually might have some powers we don't know about, maybe something similar to Subaru. But he definitely seems to speak like he actually experienced these things. Very suspicious. We're pretty lucky Lust is going to leave, because I can't think of a single way to kill her. I doubt even Reinhard could probably kill her.

Oh, I didn't even connect the Meili thing, I thought Gluttony was talking about someone else, but that would make sense.

I think Roy saying that is just him channeling the memories of someone he's eaten before, probably the one he got that water attack from. I don't know if their identity is important, though.

I feel like it might be important, I don't think Re:Zero usually gives info like this for no reason. Might be wrong though.
